Unreliable and Unprofessional. Don't waste your time with this one. After waiting several hours for him to show up, he called me to inform me he could not see my house on Radar so he would not be able to do the job. I live in a bustlin and busy part of Atlanta GA. He also attempted to increase the price after we agreed on a price.

Excellent work performed. I will definitely use him again if I need to.

We agreed on a price for a 3 story home; he did about 80% of the work and his pressure washer went out! He gave me BACK the check I had already paid him and said he hoped I'd invite him back. I will!!

Very professional. Responded quickly to our calls and was prompt on site. Did a nice job and I will use again.

They did fair. The windows look good, but there are still some streaks. When they finally came they showed up on time. They didn't reply very well when I asked them. I paid them $150 and I had already paid $69 through Angie's List. To make the experience better they could have been on time or come closer to when I had called them.

The service was better than expected! The inspector found issues that we were able to ask the owner to repaired before we continued with the process of purchasing the home. The inspector was on time, professional and very thorough. He followed up with me the next day by phone after completing a report of his findings (which were emailed to me as well), The report was detailed, easy to read, and included recommendation for solutions! I would also like to mention the termite inspector, who was on time and professional also. Thank you

Derrick was great. we wanted the work done as soon as possible as we were preparing the house to go on the market. He was pretty booked up and we took the first available, which was further out than we really wanted. But, he kept his word and the minute he had a change in his schedule he called us. It worked out perfect. He also called and texted the day before to confirm the appointment. He and an assistant showed up on time and went straight to work. We pointed out areas we had particular concerns about. He got it all taken care of to our satisfaction. The house and driveway looked great. His rates are very reasonable. We are already repeat customers and will be again!

It went great. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job. I had a few particular requests like getting concrete slab areas under stairs and he cleaned them up nicely.

He came and initially quoted me $3000 for what I wanted done. I very politely told him that I wasn't interested in doing business with him. He left and appeared displeased, and eventually did come back with a better offer, but I still declined.

There was a hiccup in the initial scheduling. The deal was purchased on June 21 and the job was booked for the following week. We agreed on a date/time but Derrick called me at 8:30 am on Sunday morning to say he needed to reschedule. I wasn't thrilled about being called on Sunday morning and mentioned to Derrick that I read in other reviews of problems with scheduling and rescheduling of appointments and could we please not do this. He said if we weren't in a hurry he would come out on July 18th as he had customer in Austell he serviced on the 18th of each month and he'd be in the area already. I agreed and we scheduled for July 18th. Derrick arrived on time and we walked around the house as he briefed me on what he would be doing. He went right to work pre-treating. Everything was going great until he began to pressure wash the west side of our house, which was the most stained because of all the trees. Unbeknownst to me, my husband and especially Derrick, wasps had built a nest around a tree limb that was approximately 8'-10' off the ground but facing the west side of the house. When Derrick began applying the wash some of it splashed the wasp nest which sent wasps swarming out after him. It was frightening and he was stung. Fortunately I had not locked my front door and he was able to escape indoors but with several stings. I immediately offered and applied Benadryl and asked if he was allergic to which he replied, "no". That was a relief. It was without question or discussion that he couldn't finish that day. He said he would be back in the area on Mon. August 18, to service the other customer, and I promised the wasp nest would be taken care of well before then. I didn't think any more about the job but did follow up with Derrick a few days later to make sure HE was okay. August 18 arrives and I stayed home because I didn't know when he'd be arriving. In all fairness to Derrick, I should have contacted him the week before to confirm but a serious family illness had my mind completely occupied. I emailed Derrick on Thurs., August 21 stating that since he didn't come out on Monday, August 18 to finish our pressure wash job when would he be out. Derrick called me and I was taken aback by our conversation. First, there was no explanation or apology for not contacting me to confirm finishing the job. Second, he told me he would have to charge a MINIMUM of $75.00 to come back out. I asked him what the charge of $75.00 was for. He told me it would for his time, product and gas to come back out. I told him I knew my husband would not agree to paying a minimum (with no indication of a maximum) of $75.00 and besides, we had already paid for the product and his time through the initial purchase. He then backed up and said he had a partner he'd need to talk to but he might be able to come back out for $35.00-$40.00. Since I had agreed to wait another month for the job to be completed (August 18th) when he would be in close proximity to my home I couldn't see where he came up with charging an additional $35.00-$40.00 for GAS. After reading other reviews about extra charges and discussing the situation with my husband we decided to wash our hands of the pressure washing being completed. As long as everything goes smoothly Derrick is accommodating and does a great job but if nature throws hiccups in the equation, you're on your own. The house looked great ... on three sides.

Everything was fantastic! He was concerned about scheduling and weather. His drive was probably a good 40 miles to my home. He was absolutely on time, prompt, and polite. The driveway and sidewalk were within the length offered by the Big Deal. He did it faster than the time allotted for the work. I would definitely use him again & I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs this work done.

Received an email from the company within 24 hours of purchasing the Big Deal. I contacted the owner and schedule a time for him to come out. He was very friendly and accommodating to my schedule (and my tenants). Owner came out and did the work himself. He did an awesome job and the house looks great. I had to pay a little more because of the size of the house. The Big Deal was $149 and I payed an extra $50 for the extra square footage.

It was ok. I think the ad was misleading and I had to pay significantly more. He was nice and did a good job. There was one area that they couldn't get to because they didn't have the proper ladder.

It was outstanding. They were very good. They were very prompt and thorough in both their work and cleanup. Their arrival and equipment was top notch.

When he came out he indicated the Deal was for up to 2,000 square feet so he pressure washed the front of the house for the $199.00. It would have been more to pressure wash the entire house. There were no problems with scheduling and communication was OK. He did need to reschedule the appointment once. He did a good job and it made a positive, noticeable in the front of the house.

The service called me promptly after I bought the deal through Angie's List. He scheduled a time convenient for me, showed up on time and the work exceeded my expectations. Very satisfied!

Derrick was very good about working with my schedule. I had to cancel our original appointment at the last minute, yet he managed to squeeze me in the later the same week. He did as good or better job than we have ever had done. The sidewalks are almost blinding they are so bright and clean. Would definitely use his services again.

The agreement gave a certain maximum sq. footage which was less than my house. I thought that since my house is all brick and only trim needed cleaning, that they would do that. He refused to do the trim on all sides of my house without extra charges because of the sq. footage overage. He cleaned only the front gutters and trim of my house for the $149. Read the fine print and ask questions before using this service.

He came out on time and did the work, but wanted to charge me almost double the price of the deal. We came to an agreement and got the price down to about $199 ($50 more than the deal cost.) He washed everything on the house, siding, glass and anything other than the brick. When I asked him why didn't clean the mud off the bottom of brick, he told me that if he tried to clean the brick, it may stir up more mud and splash it on the newly cleaned windows.

It turned out okay. They did a good job.

There were $90 in additional fees due to the size of my home. They were good. My home was clean and the spots we were concerned about looked good after they left. They did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. My only complaint is they were late. They called, but they miss-estimated the amount of time a prior job would take.

Everything originally started great, as Mr.Tiggs called me back and we discussed the job at my rental property. When discussing the cost I asked if he accepted paypal payments or credit cards and he said no, only 'cash' or 'check' at the moment. This since none of his existing clients used paypal or cards. He said once more ppl ask for it, he'll look into it, which is ok. In looking at the post on the site its a little odd because he has the credit card logo's as valid options for payment. I'm not sure if this is a Angies mistake or what but just something for members to be aware of. I then went on to ask about the 10% listed on his Angies site and he said if I only needed one side, which would cost $85, then he couldn't do the 10% discount. I said, well you may want to update the site to say that, because it doesn't have that. He mentioned most jobs require more than just one side. This may be true but as a business you need to be able to convey your business requirements in complete detail and never have the customer assume anything, because listing credit cards as acceptable payment and then saying 10% discount for Angies members but not upholding that, is misleading. Lastly, once I messaged Mr. Tiggs that the job would be just the one side, he mentioned that I would need to meet him prior to the work getting started to pay him. I mentioned to him that I have never paid a Angies contractor before doing the work and verifying the job was gd. He said, I can meet him at the rental property and then wait for the work to get done. Unfortunately, I have other things to do on my weekend than drive a far ways to my rental property, to sit there and wait for Mr. Tiggs to complete his work. He next mentioned that he has quite a few clients so the job will be taken care of, I can trust him. Well, I have never known a Angies member to trust a contractor that obviously doesn't trust the Angies member. I think from the above mentioned misleading items, I wasn't the one that needed to prove themselves. Hope this assessment helps other members.

He was a hard worker. He didn't stop. He did a wonderful job. Very easy to talk to. Smile on his face.

I purchased the deal on 06/16, and didn't hear from anyone for a week. Derek called me in the evening(around 7pm) to schedule the appointment. He asked me several questions about how old the house is, the exterior materials and additional charge for the size of the home, as well as trying to sell me to power wash the driveway. I wasn't interested in the sales pitch and wasn't aware of any additional fees, so I decided to cancel the deal.
