Description of Work: I purchased a $149 deal for home exterior pressure washing. They did everything (siding) except the brick because he didn't need that. It was good! They came out the day they were scheduled.

Description of Work: Purchased a "Big Deal" coupon from them to pressure wash a rental home I have in Woodstock, GA. After the initial purchase through Angie's list, they contacted me via the messaging service within Angie's list to set up a time to perform the service. This was within 2 days of the purchase of the "Big Deal". | |As of this posting, I have made several attempts through the Angie's list messaging service to contact this provider to have them confirm when they will perform the work on my rental home, to no avail and with no response. I have also called the company directly twice and left voice mail messages over the past month as there was no live person to receive my phone call. Again, no response to either of my voice mail messages. Terrible Customer Service and follow through by this company as they won't even live up to the big deal they ran on Angie's list. I can't comment if they perform solid or poor work as I have not been able to get them to come on site, much less respond to my calls and emails.

Description of Work: They power washed my deck in preparation for having it stained. Could not ask for a more professional, pleasant experience. First class all the way. Will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: Four Starr pressure washed my house, front porch, back porch, driveway and sidewalk. They did a great job. The house and walkways looked great afterwards. They were professional. They called ahead to confirm and they called to indicate they were running a little behind. They were easy to talk to they explained everything they were doing. We did a walk through before they started, we did a walk through after. They pointed out repairs they thought needed to be done. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: I purchased one Big Deal for $189 pressure wash of a house, depending on size. We have a 3 story house and large deck, brick walk, walls that I also wanted done. Derrick contacted me promptly, asked about size of property. Came on time on the agreed date, measured and gave me an estimated of the additional work. $375 in addition to the Big Deal amount. I thought that was a very price considering the work. He and his assistant took about 4 hrs to complete the job - and everything looked 'sparkling' after. Very nice. I would use them again.

Description of Work: This company was very good. They stayed in constant contact with me to let me know what was to be done and when. They did an excellent job at cleaning the exterior of my home. I would definitely use them again, and refer them to others

Description of Work: They did a great job pressure washing and cleaning a portion of my driveway and cleaned the moss and mold from my retaining walls. Would definitely use them again.
