Description of Work: Overall I was satisfied. I needed to have the pipe boots replaced on my roof and some loose shingles replaced. I paid for the service and expected them to call. I had to call them twice before I got a call back. We set up a time and date. Then a week early they call and tell me they are at my house. Which is good, But I would have liked to had a warning so I could have gotten off of work. So, I could not be there when the work was done. They did a good job. Told me where the problems were. Told what to look for. May use them again if I need to. They were were honest and fair.

Description of Work: To begin with, I had the same delay in response that another poster indicated. I had two shingles to replace, and I had the shingles. I simply could not get on the roof. They called the day after I called them and left a message to say that they were on their way. No advance notice. Then, they charged 250 to simply crawl on the roof and secure two shingles FROM ME. Five minutes, my wife said, and $250.00 later. And they did not leave any copy of the work order that my wife signed.

Description of Work: Eric was very professional and helpful when coming out to give a quote for gutters. He talked us though different options and gave a relatively competitive price. They were also willing to work around our timeline, and will be installing the gutter for us in July.
