AJ & John were great, and the roofing crew was truly excellent. We LOVE the new Pewter Gray color, which provides more curb appeal than our previous stark black roofing. They were fast but through, and did a wonderful job of cleaning up around the perimeter of our house before leaving. This company is extremely easy to work with, and they deliver top-notch services at a reasonable price!

In a word, "Great"! From quote to finish in less than 10 days. Very quick, very neat and very professional. From sales, workers and supervisors, everyone was superb. Hurricanes notwithstanding, I will probably never need another roof replacement, but if I do, I plan on calling RPI.

A.J., John, Victor and his crew were great. A.J. was very knowledgeable about roofing. He was also very honest.

I was skeptical at first, you hear a lot of horror stories from people dealing with roofing companies. I've learned overtime to be wary of contractors, they don't always deliver, but this company does. I received a few quotes from companies before deciding on a contractor. The tipping point for me was meeting with A.J. (RPI Sales Consultant). He was highly energetic and exceptionally knowledgeable. He explained the do's and don'ts of roof repair, the experience and dedication of RPI and its staff. After our consult, I felt this was the company for me. The end result: They DELIVERED. The craftsmanship was was exceptional, John and his crew were on time each day of the project and worked the task to completion. Once compete, they cleaned up the work site well into the dark. John, stopped by the next day to conduct the follow up with me to ensure the job was done to my standard. I am very please with this company and its team of professionals. Really well. The guys they have working for them were fantastic. They worked hard, fast and thorough.

The actual roof is fine after a few trimming adjustments and replacement of damaged facia. There was little to no supervision present on this job. The jobsite was left a mess. I blew roof off myself. I picked up 2 quarts of nails, a pile of trash, drink bottles, food wrappers, etc... ABC delivered the materials and rather than carry the shingles up the ladder, the driver pulled through the front yard; the sod was torn to pieces. After five phone calls, three visits from RPI employees and speaking with a business owner, the yard repair was never completed. I only wanted soil added to the ruts left by the truck wheels. The last employee who visited assured me that he would see it done. Beginning with AJ, this is the most unprofessional operation I have dealt with during the course of this remodeling project.

Excellent! RPI was on time, on budget and left a clean work area when they were done. Communication was excellent with the installation team and supervisor. When completed the job was inspected by a supervisor and any questions that I had were answered. I highly recommend RPI!

A few delays due to too much rain. Roof replacement was done quickly and even finished in rain. Fast crew and good clean up of debris. AJ di a great explanation of process. Best quote of all the companies I had prices from. Local company GAF shingles look great.

The sales person AJ was extremely friendly and professional. His initial presentation was informative and educational. He had many samples to choose from and offered many options. The work crew arrived early on the designated day and did the entire job in one day. They went above and beyond.

My new roof looks amazing! The roofers were quick, efficient, and friendly. They left absolutely no signs they were ever here except a beautiful, new roof. The price was great (way below my insurance estimate!) AJ was a very helpful and enthusiastic salesman for RPI. He was always very informative and quick to respond if we had any questions. We will definitely recommend AJ and RPI in the future!

RPI said they used their own crews but they had sub contracted a crew to install my roof (All Roofing companies do this). After the old roof was removed and it was dried in, they came back the next day and were installing shingles in the rain on a wet roof. I had to ask them to stop and come back the next day when it was not raining. The GAF Cobra2 Ridge vents were installed incorrectly, Only one side of the ridge was cutout on all the ridges. I had to ask them to do them over. One of the ridges was overcut + 3 inches on each side where the vent was not even supported properly. That was the main roof. I had to get another manager involved, convince them it was not installed correctly, then took over a month to get them back with a crew and the proper materials to correct the problem. They used top quality materials and the end result turned out great after the ridge vent issue was corrected so I'm giving a B rating.

It went great. The response was quick and the work was performed on the day we planned.

Repair was satisfactory. Bill for services was not. They charge $125/hour labor. They were there for 55 minutes, but charged for 2 hours. Materials supplied were a 2ft.X 2ft. piece of scrap metal roofing and a piece of a plastic tarp. Material charge for that was $50. So $300 for a temporary cover over a skylight. So you decide.

These people are professional and get the job done quickly and correctly. Showed up on time and got the work done.

It took awhile for them to call me after I had paid for the services. I had to call them.

Excellently. Brilliant job. Cannot praise RPI enough. The entire crew was professional, knowledgeable, fast, efficient, organized, helpful, neat, paid attention detail and installed a beautiful roof. Very nice people. We highly recommend this locally owned company.

Responsive and professional throughout the project. Though after 2 months following project completion I am still waiting for the $250 rebate check they promised for veterans.

Entire crew was courteous and quiet. Head of crew introduced himself first day and confirmed start time for next day before leaving in the evening. Everyone was prompt and no time was wasted getting to work. All shrubbery was protected with drop cloths and cleaned up and swept daily. Upon completion the home and yard were spotless and I had a beautiful new roof.

RPI was great. They responded to an emergency situation even though I had no prior experience with them. Byron did a quality repair and was professional and friendly.

After threatening to find another roofing company, they gave me the date of 10.15.15 for the work to be done. The company would arrive between 8 - 10 am. Guess what? They never showed up, they never called and today is 10.16.15 and they still haven't called. I'm so glad that their business is good that they don't need a $1,500 job. Who does that? It's like $1,500 doesn't mean anything to them. If they didn't want to do the job, then just say so. I would have started looking for another roofing company immediately. Now I have to start all over, again! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!! Conni Mitchell

We could not have been more impressed or pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of RPI Roofing. Kelly Sullivan, the project manager, met with us when he said he would and provided a bid for us promptly. The professionalism he exuded when we met with him reassured us that the work performed would be in accordance with the highest standards. We were not disappointed. The workmen who actually did our roof work were courteous and conscientious. If we ever need roof work done again, we will definitely call RPI roofing. In the meanwhile, I have recommended them to a neighbor who has a roof that needs to be repaired.
