Description of Work: Service and cleaning. Freon was low. Coils in the blower were leaking. Quoted me $2800. Told the rep it was under warranty. Cane back and quoted me almost $1000. Went back to my original AC guy and I only paid for the shipping of the part $85.

We are sorry that we cannot honor a labor warranty from another HVAC company. We quoted $1,067.00 for the correct replacement of your coil with refrigerant, which is a fair price for that repair. Description of Work: They replaced the ac/heat pump = indoor air handler and outdoor compressor units. They were kind and respectful of a single woman homeowner and in spite of some mechanical issues they were fix all problems promptly. I received personal service from both the managers and the technicians who came to my home. I have confidence in this company to stand behind their work and to treat the customer with respect.
