Description of Work: Replaced door lock and hinges on front load washer. I could tell the technician had a lot of education on the product. He was able to quickly tell me what was wrong and fix my machine. Best part is that I didn't miss half a day at work. I was able to track the technician throughout the day and see when I was the next stop so that I could get home. I love the technology this company offers to its customers! They also sent me an automated phone call when the technician was on his way. I would not think of every using anyone else for my appliance repair needs.
