Well. Repairs were done in a timely manner. Technician was very knowledgeable.

Services performed efficiently; oven works. I am the reviewer that left the review on December 1st. I need to update the information to give the rest of the story. So the alternative provider didn't really have the equipment to do the work, and the price quoted was actually higher than Advance Appliance, so my objections to price doesn't really reflect the "market price" for the services rendered. It seems expensive, but they got the job done and for less than quotes from others. The service is very quick and efficient, and the scheduling is easy. Well run operation. Technician exuded confidence and competence.

If you're interested in being gauged, then proceed with using this vendor. The repair was performed, but the price was astronomical compared to other vendors. Since using this vendor, I have tried other vendors with "A" ratings and have received higher quality work for a fraction of the price. Do not use this vendor. Search elsewhere.

Prior to Labor Day Weekend, they told me that they would call me Monday night to schedule my service for Tuesday. Monday came and went with no call, and when I contacted them by phone on Tuesday, I was told that they would call me back in a few minutes, but I was not called. The person answering the phone sounded overwhelmed and wasn't overly nice during our interaction.

Made appt through Angie's list. Repairman arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and made the repair.

Advanced Appliance Services is the most outstanding company I've ever worked with! They are great at running a business. A lot of companies could take lessons from them! They were right on time. They did everything top notch. They answered right away and it didn't take them long to get out here. They called to follow up and called before they came out. They are terrific!

I had a positive experience with Advanced Appliance Center. They charged me $85. They're pretty prompt. They do pretty good work. I've used them in the past.

Ordered and replaced circuit board and water filter.

Washing machine was leaking water when running. Called them. They called back and we scheduled a time for them to come and look at it. They showed up at the appointed time and discovered that a sock had gotten caught up in the drain line (its a front loader.) Fixed the problem and gave us some advice on keeping it from happening again. The bulk of the charge was the cost was the fixed service charge for coming to the house. Considering the cost of a new machine, it was well worth the cost.

Advanced Appliance repair was called when we noticed our refrigerator was no longer cooling. The technicians were busy the day we called but scheduled an appointment for the following day. The technicians arrived on time and called prior to arrival. Within minutes of tinkering with our refrigerator the problem had been found. The lead service person advised on exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. I approved the repair and the technicians completed the work within 20 minutes. The total bill was $243, which included diagnosis, parts and service time. The refrigerator immediately began working properly and was cool within a few hours. We were very happy with the service performed, price and professionalism of the staff.

I would use them again without a doubt.

Excellent. The tech explained what was wrong, what needed to be done, and how I could assist. Part was ordered and installed within 1 business day. They worked around my schedule by having the tech come to my house early so I could still get to work on time. Tech was professional, knowledgeable and prompt.

He was excellent. I called them, and they were out to fix it within one day. They were extremely professional and very clean.

They tend to be very busy and are sometimes hard to get to your home quickly. My brand new fridge died less than a month after getting it and it took a couple of days to get them to the house and then another 2 days for them to order parts. Washer was damaged during the move. I called, told them what was wrong and even gave them make/model numbers so they could bring the part they needed. They came and of course did not have the part. I was told I could stop by the office and pick up the part and install myself so I would not incur another service call charge. I don't think there should have been a separate charge. They should have brought the part with them. Each service call is $80 no matter what they do!! Again, had to get them out to service the dryer -- another $80!! But, when you have an issue,you just pay whatever. They did come and they did fix the problems. The gentleman that has been each time is very professional and polite. He has always identified the problem and gotten it fixed for me. I keep their magnet on my fridge and have them programmed in my phone! Will definitely use again - just wish it weren't so expensive!

I liked that they were on time. They were professional and clean. They did a great repair. I felt comfortable having them in my house.
