I was very pleased with the work done by RC Screens. They arrived at the stated time and performed the work quickly and professionally. They took extra care to secure the repaired screens so that my cat would NOT escape again. Unfortunately they were unable to come until a week after I called, but I saw that as an endorsement of the demand for their work.

I got two estimates for a repair for $1800 to $2000 when I found RC on Angie's List. They suggested to replace only the top and two sides as they found that all other screens were still ok. It would be easy and less costly to replace a side if it would rip. In addition they changed the bottom bolts which were all corroded and they installed splash guards as the gutters were too short. All of this for considerably less than any of the other offers. What I liked most is the fact that they did not offer to rescreen the whole cage but only what was needed. Very customer orientated! And I surely will call them next year when one of the sides needs to be replaced.

He’s very busy but he came out within an hour when I explained what happened. The cost was very reasonable. They are a small business but they are very compassionate and very nice. They bend over backwards to help. No service provider comes out in the dark, on his own time, without being paid because I wasn’t home. They get all A's. Something put a huge hole in my screen house overnight and my cats got out. I run a pet sanctuary and the cats can’t get out. He replaced ten screens. A couple of days later, I had the same problem, and he came back out. The night he left, overnight, someone slit another one, and I couldn't go home. He was booked until the next week, but, when I came home at 8:00, there was a brand new screen up where the hole had been. There was a little invoice on the door. He had come out after his busy day, without me there to pay him and he replaced the screen for me.

They arrived when they said they were going to arrive and replaced the screens quickly and did a quality job. They did all three houses in about an 1 hour.

The screen guy was great. We had had somebody giving us a reference for somebody and they came in here and said that we had to replace about $4000.00 worth of screens in our house. My wife went on Angie's List because I said that sounded crazy. She got the R C Screen & Maintenance name and never told the guy what it was. He came in and found 3 areas that needed repair. He repaired them and it cost me $100.00. He came just when he should have. He called back right away. He scheduled an appointment for the 20th. He came in and fixed them and just did a great job. I am actually pleased. Now I am becoming a fan of Angie's List. The price was very fair. He didn't come in here and try to oversell which I think is very important when you deal with anybody. He was very nice and very well kept. I am an old telephone man so I look at how people's appearances are. He did a tremendous job. I can't give anything but rave reviews on the guy. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Tina Came out and gave bid along with her recommendations. She was there on time and definetly did not push one way or the other. Bobby came out and measured, told us what day and time he was going to do the job. It was pouring rain so he called and postponed it for a day. Came out and did the job in the two days he said it would take. It is absolutely wonderful. Very professional, went the extra mile to clean up and even helped repair another screen door that was torn. I highly recommend both of them. They have been in the business a long time and know exactly what they are doing. I wouldn't change a thing.

I called and left a message. A few hours later I received a return call. They were able to come the next morning at a very reasonable price.

They did a great job. I spent $150 on that work. The screen blew out the day before I was to leave for a business trip. When I called them, the lady, who was also the co-owner, told me that they would come out here and check it out and call me and if I wanted, they would have the work done. They did do the work and I was really happy about that.

A person from RC Screen arrived and gave an estimate within two hours of calling and scheduled the work to be done in approximately a week. Two very professional workman arrived with the supplies at 9 am sharp on the date scheduled and completed the job by 3 pm the next day. The evidence of mold was completely removed from the structure, the metal frame well-secured with stainless steel screws, and 15 year old screening replaced with new, high quality screening. It was a very professional job, with no wrinkles or gaps. In addition, they spent time explaining how to open some of the panels in a hurricane, and even offered to return to replace any damaged panels. We were completely satisfied! We will use them again and do recommend them to others.

Excellent service, communication and he went the extra mile by coming on a Sunday to fix our screen. He charged a very reasonable amount especially as we were quite a distance from him. We will use this company again!

The installer arrived at the scheduled time. The installation was done in a timely manner. The screening is well installed. We also had them install a new screen door and that looks very good. The price was very reasonable.

Arrived promptly at the prescribed time. Surveyed the work, gave an estimate for the repair and performed the work within two hours. Very cordial people and easy to do business with.

Estimator came on time. Repairman came on time and replaced the nine panels I requested. Also found one additional panel he suggested be replaced. Added a nominal amount to the original estimate for that 10th panel. Good overall job - just got one other estimate and they were both about the same.

Prompt and accurate estimate. Actually, work was completed below estimated cost. I was hesitant to give a deposit before the work started, because another pool cage contractor cheated with this before. At that time it took three months and an entire police force to get our deposit back. At this time, however I was delighted to see that the work started on the next day. The results were excellent and everything was cleaned up nicely. Nice and honest people. Highly recommended.
