Well as always. Bobby does all our screening.

First contact they were very rude, sighing and telling me how busy they were. They said they would contact me in a week. I called again a week later and was told they are busy to call back. It has been a month,,,,, no more calls,,, I would never trust them

I'm still waiting for a response two months later.

They were prompt to reply, scheduled in a timely fashion and did EXCELLENT Work!

It went very we'll. RC was very honest, trustworthy, and did. Not try to overcharge or replace screens that were in good condition. I appreciated his integrity.

Bobby did an excellent job finishing in 2 days as planned, Will likely hire R&C again when I need the balance of the screens replaced. As well, in the near future we plan to repaint the outside of the house. That being said there were a couple of very small lanai roof screened areas up against the house that Bobby will come back to do after the house painting is completed.

Beautiful job rescreening my lanai including replacing a couple structural bars that had corroded over the years. He had to stop due to horrible weather but would not leave until the storm had passed and the job was complete. Would definitely hire again.

Company was VERY responsive as this was the morning after a very strong storm I believed it would be difficult to have someone repair this the same day. Well, RC exceeded my expectations ten fold arriving in less than 15 minutes after i called. Strut and strap down cable were repaired quickly and well - timely as the wind continued throughout the day and could have caused more damage if it hadn't been repaired promptly. Will definitely call them again!

Great! My only complaint -- and it is very small -- they were supposed to call before coming out. They didn't and they showed up earlier than scheduled -- I was just walking out the door, so glad they caught me at home. But really such a minor detail. They completed the repair in just a few minutes! Very satified!

These are great people. They did not overcharge and do great work. It's a family business and they have reason to be very proud of their business.

A little problem at the first appointment ,but that was my fault. I got busy at work and missed his phone call. I called him back he immediately reset the appointment and the work was done.Bob made sure that the other screens were intact and inspected them for us. I would say that was over and above the original proposal. Very nice to see that he was not trying rip me off. He could have said I needed additional work and charged me for it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I thank the owner for hiring such a honest and caring employee.

nice job completed in one day. left lanai and yard clean. screening well stretched and smooth. door hardware was replaced! would recommend them!
