+ -1 moreOutstanding service!! One Friday afternoon there was a big storm that knocked down some of my pool screen panels. I decided late that night to submit a text request for service to RC. This was around 8:55pm by 9pm I had a response saying he would be at my house at 10am Saturday morning! Wow this is amazingly fast. They showed up and gave me an excellent quote and finalized the job within an hour . Thank you so much for your professionalism and quality of service! I would definitely do business again with them.

+ -1 moreTina came out a few weeks ahead of time and made sure that the high panel was one they could actually replace and she estimated the cost. Then, on the scheduled date, Bob came out and replaced the screening. The high panel was a challenge - it was high, it was not right next to the roof, there was a pool below. The bush outside the pool area made getting the ladder in the right place downright difficult. But it was accomplished, with a smile on Bob the Installer's face. The price was exactly as estimated. We were very pleased and plan to use them again, should the need arise.
Description of Work: We had 2 panels on our pool cage that needed replacement. One was near the ground but the other was up very high.

On the day of the appointment, the gentlemen arrived on time and ready to work. He changed all 3 panels within 30 minutes and even adjusted a few that were about to fall out for no additional cost. I was impressed!

He's probably "too busy" with big jobs to bother with small lanai repairs now that business is better! And couldn't be bothered to even tell me that! Sound familiar? I joined Angie's list to try to find a competent local company that would still be here in years to come. And I found them! The excellent reviews R C company received are well deserved. This is a family business with great customer service. Friendly, efficient and job well done! Nice to have found a good screener that is local and will be around the next time we need repairs done.

I appreciated the time given to listen to what I wanted and the suggestions to help me decide the best way to repair an old porch. The workers came at their appointed time and did a great job. + -1 moresee above. they always promptly responded, did the work, charged a reasonable fee, were cordial and neat about cleaning up, and I have never had any sort of problem difficulty or unpleasantry with their service or their company/staff. That review simply is unfair to RC. they don't deserve any blemish on their perfect record.
Description of Work: they made several repairs/rescreenings to large screenhouse. I f I am ever in need of further repairs, Guess who I will use? right. RC. cuz I like to Stick with a winner. I have used this company since I started needing screen repair. I have a screen-enclosed shelter for animals, and when theres a hole, rip, or other problem, animals get out. it is always an "emergency" of sorts. From the gitgo, these people have been understanding, professional, skilled, prompt, and reasonably-priced. Heck, they even came by once when I was called away, saw a slit screen, and fixed it and just left a (small) bill in my door. Now That's service. I couldn't disagree more with the people who claimed they were never called back,so gave this fine honest hardworking small family-run company an "F". Totally wrong. R&C is A+. I haven't had any very recent work done, but in fact may very well build an extension to the existing screenhouse. And you can rest assured I will be using RC Screen and Maintenance. They deserve an A+. period.

I was attempting to schedule a repair 2 weeks in the future, but the installer (owner) had time the same day for our small job. The work was done in our absence, so we were anxious to see the results. The job was well done, with nice, tight screens and no mess or debris from the old screens left behind. I'll be recommending RC Screen & Maintenence to relatives that need their screens replaced
