The gentleman who came to the house was great. He showed up right on time, and had the supplies on hand to set traps, and to do an inspection of the property. He then showed me pictures of the areas where the rats had been entering and exiting the house. He also showed me where they were transitioning from the attic into the house behind my walls. He then went and used metal netting to keep the rats out. The package covered a certain number of access points, and we were well within that. This was done all in a single visit. I could have arranged (second trip cost) for him to come back and remove the silenced rats, but I could handle that myself. He was informative, polite and to this day (2 months later) we are still rat free.

The service turned out great. They were very friendly. He went through everything and was very thorough. He also checked over the termite treatment as well.

Bee Green's team was professional, polite, and determined to solve our problem. Scott, Chase and Tim were here almost daily going over our situation again, and again, and again. This was NOT a one visit fix! I have been impressed by their dogged effort to look for patterns and find solutions to the rat problem. Not only were they great at listening to our "reports" and moving traps around in response to those tales (tails?) , they were more than willing to come back and collect the critters, re-baiting traps and changing their approach to match the rats' behavior. We have been so pleased with their service that we have signed them for annual pest control and termite protection contracts. These young men are a pleasure to work with, and in this day and age, when reliable, trustworthy service people are hard to come by, it is wonderful to have found a company you can count on!

I made an appointment for Scott and Tim to check to see the house and give me an estiimate. Once they did that, I made an appointment to have them come by and treat my house. I am very happy with the results and hope to use them for many years to come.

I am an assistant property manager at Willowtree/Stratford Arms Apartments. The management company owns other complexs and properties around town and uses Bee Green at all of them. Tim and Scott are very courteous and professional. Their fees are reasonable. Once a month they treat the apartments and in between regular treatments if we need them. I am going to transfer my business to them when the contract with my present company expires.d
