I bought an older home that had previously been treated for termites. An enclosed single carport showed evidence of new activity despite the previous treatment. I had 4 estimators from various companies come. Bee Green was the cheapest. They were also the most professional and enthusiastic. I now have a newly treated house and my yearly bond will be cheaper as well. The guys that came out were very professional, personable, and patient. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. Would definitely use them again.

It's all organic stuff. It's all pest friendly because I have animals. It's not so powerful chemically. They've been very good if I had any bugs come in, they change the formula straight away. I think the pricing was good.

Owner is always available via phone and the bugs seem to be less numerous than they were before. They didn't seem annoyed that they needed to come back to treat again. I would give an A but I would like to see a more prompt response regarding immediate treatment for an A.

Fine, he came on Monday when I was gone for jury duty, but willingly came back Tuesday and took care of things and didn't seem bitter about the extra trip.

Tim arrived on time, was friendly and polite, not put off by three crazy dogs or the fact that we had just moved and he had to move.boxes out of the way to get to areas to spray. We were so impressed with Bee Green we have signed them up for a monthly contract and they will be doing termite inspections too!

Excellent service response but I needed repeated visits to get rid of pests. Scott sent someone out right away and was very courteous. However even after 2 treatments I still saw pincher beetles and spiders. I should note we did not have any sort of infestation and also use ultrasonic pest repellers in most outlets. I'm happy to use environmentally safe products but wish they were more effective.

I heard scratching and squeaking coming from my bathroom wall and called Bee Green Pest Solutions. Scott, the owner, answered the phone right away, and we set up a time for him to come investigate. Scott arrived on time, and I explained the situation. We identified a likely entry point where a creature could enter the house, and he went up a ladder and confirmed that it was a rat (based on the dropping). He advised me to get a snap-trap and place it near the entry point. There was no fee for the advice. The next day, I set the trap and caught the rat. Problem solved. Scott was very nice, helpful, and told me to call him if we had continued problems. He didn't rush through our conversation, and he provided more advice on how to keep pests from entering the home. I recommend him and Bee Green Pest solutions to everyone in need of ridding a house of unwelcome animals.

They are wonderful. I recently broke my foot and fractured the other. They were very flexible about changing the appointment. They are polite and always respond immediately.

Was very prompt and professional. It didn't take long for them to complete the job. I inquired about having them do a quarterly treatment on the outside of my home. The next treatment should be in July. I do occasionally see insects in the house but they are usually dead or dying by the time I see them. So the treatment seems to be working.

It went very well. No problems were found. Tim said that the initial treatment would last approximately 20 years and they did not need to treat every year unless there was a problem. There were no problems found.

The person who came to do the treatment was an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable young man named Jesse. He explained about the special solutions they use which are not harmful to people or pets which is important to us because we have 2 dogs. He thoroughly checked the spots where I had seen dead spiders and showed me places in my screens and under the door where he said they could easily get in and gave us some advice on keeping them out. I would definitely use them again and will probably get a contract with them to do all our pest and termite control.

I found the provider very helpful and easy to work with. They got back with me immediately about questions and worked with my schedule for services. I would definitely hire them again and will consider them for services quarterly.

Scott was there when I arrived at the house. I was 5 minutes early. He greeted me professionally and got right down to business. He asked if there was any special circumstances he needed to be aware of, then went right to work. He was very thorough, explaining his procedure and explaining why they check the areas they do. His inspection included both interior and exterior. He completed his work in less than 30 minutes on my newer home and is preparing the inspection letter required for me to purchase my home. Excellent experience!
