Description of Work: I had a contract for weed control service. I repeatedly called and complained that weeds were up to my ankles in my yard. Finally got a manager out, who agreed with me and promised to have someone come out and it did not happen. In the meantime, they are billing me for weed service and I refused to pay. Another representative came and took pictures of my lawn and even made a statement that on one side of my house had not even been touched and I was promised that something would be done. I was assured that the bill would be removed and now I am getting calls from a collection agency for $105.00 for two service calls. My statement to TruGreen is how can you be charging me for weed service with the amount of weeds in my yard; truly you were not keeping up to your contract. Their managers do not even do a follow-up after promising to take care of my yard. I was informed that the technician had been fired that was servicing my yard. I really became upset when the collection agency started calling me for non-payment. My neighbors on both sides of me do not have lawn service and their lawns look way better than mine. I have not cut the weeds, they are still standing tall in my yard. Pictures do not lie. They keep having sales rep to call trying to get me back and yet are still billing me.

 + -1 moreWe paid $41-$43 each time they serviced the lawn. The people that come are constantly changing & don't know what they're doing. They're not familiar with my house & what to do. We didn't get good results & they only do the grass so if you want to have something done that's not on grass, you need another service. I felt ripped off with them.

Description of Work: Ten treatments to lawn included weed killer, fertilizer, lime, core aeration, and reseeding. They came at regular intervals and treated the lawn with the correct mixtures.
