Jordan arrived exactly on time when I was getting an estimate on the work. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He explained the problem with the trees and suggested what should be done to protect surrounding trees. 404-CUT_Trees let me know when they would arrive and arrived exactly when they said they would. They did an excellent job taking the trees down and removed them so there was not any evidence of the trees being removed. I would definitely use 404-Cut-Trees in the future and would highly recommend them.

They are very efficient and the quality of the work is great. They were excellent in terms of cleaning up.

It went very well. I had talked to several companies and they seemed the most organized and professional. They were on time with all meetings and for the actual job. And cleaned up well. The only thing left behind were the orange cones, which are still here a month later. Aside from that they were great.

OK I guess except the one tree that sure looked in distress, a limb on a pine, didn't get much analysis or recommendation

Robert came to give an arborist assessment of my trees and gave me a very honest take on what truly needed to be done and when. He was very helpful and professional.

Everything went smoothly, they arrived on time. Estimated time to do the work was 8 hours and they finished right on time. Polite and professional crew. Definitely will call them again when I need to remove more trees.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were good. They came out as quickly as I needed them to after I purchased the deal. I spent an additional $200 over the original $199 Big Deal price. This was the first time I used this company and I had no issues with their service.

I have had very good experience with them. They did a very good job. They were careful not to tear up the lawn, and they were very good. I think their price was a little bit high.

Their price was competitive. They were responsive and got out to the job site quickly. They did a real good job and they were very professional.

It was a good experience. It was my first time using them. I liked that someone came out who knew something about trees and decided which needed to be cut down, etc. My dislike is that they hire illegal immigrants at the expense of American citizens. I don't like supporting that. If I could find a tree company that would hire only American citizens who need jobs, I would use them.

They are good. The price was not competitive but their service was good.

I bought a coupon for $200 for $400 worth of tree service. I needed two trees taken out and some others trimmed. Their prices for the actual tree work turned out to be much higher than some of the other quotes I got (though not the highest), but since a consultation with an arborist was included, the coupon was a decent deal. The arborist did a nice thorough job, looking at all the trees in the yard and giving me advice about caring for them. With the quote for tree service, he included a diagram of the yard with all the trees labeled, which was helpful. I ended up going with another company to cut down the two trees I needed taken out because of price. For the $400 in the coupon, 404-Cut-Tree trimmed two other medium-sized trees, cutting out a lot of dead wood and cross-branches. The guys they sent to do the trimming were polite, did a good job and cleaned up all the cut branches before they left. We had some stump-grinding done (not included in the coupon), which apparently they contract out to another company. The stump-grinders never showed up on the day we understood they were supposed to be there. They came a couple of days later when no one was home (and without telling us they were coming), but ultimately did a good job. I spoke with folks in the main office a couple of times, and they were very professional, polite and helpful. Overall I would use the company again if their prices were more competitive.

I have not used them because 404-Cut-Tree wants to do the work and charge me the full amount. They really don't want to give you the true value. They don't want to do give me $400 worth of work. Every time I call them to try and schedule the work it's never enough for them. It's never a big enough job. I do plan to have them perform the work and give them a chance to redeem themselves here soon.

404 Tree Cut came out quickly and did a great job removing trees and trimming others back.

Stuart provided a reasonable estimate for all the work, and described choices about what we might do. He was friendly, easy to deal with, and responded quickly by e-mail and phone. They are busy but scheduled our work in a reasonable time period. The workers that came were also friendly and easy to deal with, but most important, they seemed to really know what they were doing. It was very hot the day they came, but they took care and worked effectively. When the work was over, they cleaned up quite well. I'll definitely use them again.

I didn't end up using the service, but they contacted me promptly and professionally.

Jordan arrived on time to give the estimate, and Eric and Jose arrived on time to perform the work. I was concerned about the trees hitting my house when they came down, due to their proximity to the house. Eric and Jose did a great job, no impacts to the house and they also were careful to keep debris and damage away from my neighbor's lawn. They completed the work quickly and a did a great job with clean-up. A "call before you dig" guy came the same day as the tree removal, and the stump grinder came promptly the next day. Start to finish, from the office to the estimator to the work crew, these folks have their act together and they do a great job. This is the second time I've used them in the last year and I've been very pleased.

Got quote but found the price even with the use of this deal to be more than I expected. That said - they seemed very professional in their approach...
