Having a professional like Rooter Pro Xpress is a must. This company has a 7 day a week availability which was good for me on a Saturday afternoon with no hot water. The plumber paid a lot of attention to detail when repairing our toilet. He made sure all parts were installed properly and the toilet mount was sturdy. This was a great service call and will be using again.

We had another plumbing company come out to address a pipe leak in our basement, they "completed" the job only to find out a few weeks later the leak resurfaced and they would not return. Rooter Pro Xpress came out and the plumber discovered the repair work was only a band aid. Learned that not all appliance companies install after deliveries, we had the unfortunate luck of purchasing from one. However, Rooter Pro Xpress was able to come the same day to complete installation within an hour. So happy and please that this was a flawless appointment.
