The plumbers were very professional. Courtesy and cleanliness were foremost in their approach. Because of my personal preferences I requested additional service. Jeffrey (the Service Manager) was nice and accommodating. He saw that my requests were honored. This is a great company to use if you value quality of work and exceptional customer service. I will absolutely use them for future projects.

I had a cold water faucet not working that ultimately required replacing the frame that was too old to simply replace the faucet peace, instead requiring the frame being replaced and removing the panel that housed it. The contractor was very courteous as was the service representative that handled the billing afterwards. There was an initial misunderstanding regarding the pricing that after a few interactions with the manager, was resolved to my satisfaction. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

Company was hired to fix leak in outside backyard faucet. Person who showed up (Johnny) was on time but job ended up taking seven (7) hours as leak was not in outside faucet but inside of wall in connecting bathroom. After two (2) trips to Home Depot to get proper tools/parts for repairs leak was finally stopped (hopefully). No problem with plumber who showed up but owner (Jeffrey Guice) was as unprofessional as anyone I've experience on the phone. Pulled the old bait and switch in cost quoted and tried to milk an additional $150.00 extra of what was quoted. No people/professional skills on phone in negotiating costs. Would never recommend this company for work until owner realizes you can't talk to the people who hired you any kind of way and bully your way for extra funds you apparently need. Please take a course somehow on how you talk to people on the phone and leave your person doing the work in the presence of the customer while you berate the customer who hired you. Remember, your customer in essence pays your bills.

Three different handyman /plumbers came to finally repair the sink. The first attempt failed and caused a leak. The second repaired the leak. The third repaired the sink. The initial response time was good but follow up was slow . Customer service was friendly but not reliable. I had to call them often to get the leak repaired and get the repair work completed the second time. I waited at home two days believing that someone was on the way to follow up. The sink was finally repaired by a competent plumber who arrived the third morning unannounced.

The plumber did a pretty good job, but the final cost was in far excess of the estimate. As it turns out, the plumber errd on the final bill. Isaiah at customer service called me and promptly resolved the bill discrepancy and gave me an additional $150 off the completed work. Nice job of customer service.

Had a leak where my sprinkler system connected to main water line. I dug up the spot and found the leak was from the valve connection. Got ahold of Guice Services and he said he would be out that day late afternoon then called to say it wouldn't be until the next morning. The next morning he called and said it would be late afternoon. When he finally arrived he dug around a little and confirmed what I already knew. In the process of digging around he broke the pipe coming into the valve from the sprinkler system then broke the whole valve off. He ended up cutting part of the broken pipe and capping it until I could get my sprinkler guys out. I had paid him and he was just about to leave when the cap blew off. He ended up capping it again and I had to wait 4 hours to turn on my water to make sure the cap held. He was here a total of 45 minutes and charged me $350. I came out the next day to check on the cap and the hole was full of water. A slow leak hardly registering on the meter. I got the sprinkle guy to come out the next day. He spent 2 hours working with 2 guys and charged me $235 and that's including parts. He replaced the valve and found that the T joint connecting the Main to the sprinkler system had been cracked and that was where the new leak was coming from. He repaired that also. Mr. Guice was very nice and is probably a great plumber but in this case he really dropped the ball and $350 is a lot to pay for a failed job.

The gentleman was very nice. He worked with me on the price and was very accommodating. My tenant is very happy!

Expert courteous & punctual

We communicated on a Friday afternoon and they promptly made arrangements to install my new hot water heater first thing Saturday morning . They were fantastic. Will recommend to by friends and family !!

They were a bit short handed on the day that I needed service. However Jeffery did the best that he could being short staffed.

Said they would arrive between 3&5pm but did not arrive until about 6 pm. Did not finish until almost 8:00 pm.

Jeffrey was knowledgeable in fixing my high pressure valve. I would call them again for my plumbing needs.

The the Technician who serviced the job did a really nice job. He he came the appointment site on time and completed the project in a very efficient manner! His knowledge was high caliber. I would recommend him to anyone considering any Home Improvement, rehab or renovation work.
