Update: Guice Services did return to the location, and fixed the leak. They explained that a new phone system caused the delayed response. So in the end we were satisfied with the service. Thank you! I hired this plumbing company on 10-20-19. They were responsive in assessing the job quickly and provided an $800 quote. The quote seemed a little high, but we were assured that there was a 5 year guarantee on the job. We are fine with paying for quality work and a responsive company. That's not what we received. As of today, 11/29/19, we still have a leak at the site of the repair. Since Friday, 11/22/19, we have called 4 different times to 2 different numbers, and sent an email asking to speak to someone to review the repair. One individual who did answer the phone said the number on the invoice was his personal number and said we needed to work through the office- which we have tried by phone and email. Having no response and still needing to fix an active leak, we called HomeAdvisor. They suggested that we post our experience here. We just want this company to honor their written and verbal guarantee. Please contact us back. Thank you.

Well, I had high hopes and although the technician was super professional, I should have known better. Showed up in their personal vehicle. No plumbing truck or equipment. The guy seemed really nice so I decided to go with them. After looking at the project he had to leave for Home Depot to get the required piping, etc. Quoted me around $500 which seemed really high but since he was here I said ok. About 2 1/2 hours later he made it back and it took about 2 1/2 hours with me helping him by providing additional tools and whatnot. Final price was $675 to run a simple gas line to the new gas logs. I paid way too much but thats my fault I suppose. Anyway, the worst is the job looks really bad. I didnt really nice until he left but the flexible gas line had to be coiled around itself several times and basically looks like a coiled up rattle snake ready to bite. Anyway, bottom line is I'm not happy and I paid way too much for a crappy job. Save yourself a headache. Do not do business with these folks.

Buyer Be Aware! Guice Services, Inc is a subcontractor of Rooter Pro Express. Guice Services contacts the private plumber who responds. As a result, the individual requesting and paying for the service gets charged more than what the job is worth. In my case Jeffrey the owner of Guice Services got his cut of $150.00 and the private plumber got $150.00. Rooter Express the first point of contact alerts the person requesting the service through HomeAdvisors, sends it to Guice Services who sends the plumber. I am sure Rooter Express also got paid out of the deal, at the expense of the individual requesting the service, who becomes the sucker of the whole deal. Do not use these services, they are out to take advantage of the customer, MONEY GOUGERS. You don't get what you pay for. Buyer be aware and get 2 to 3 estimates. I will not be using this service never, ever again.

Not satisfied just want issues fixed correctly ,this company did a bait and switch on me,they was hired to fix a giggly toilet handle ,while I was ok to replace all the inards of the toilet ,at that time the toilet started running intermittently about every 20 mins for 30 seconds,they sent out this guy twice and he could not fix the problem. mind you My toilet did not have a running problem before this guy changed the hardware. they then sent out another guy he said he had to take the tank off to fix what the first guy did.he then took it apart and he then said he could not put it back together,I would have to buy a new toilet ,at this point they had me over a barrel.I had to pay another 200 bucks on top of the 525 bucks from the other guys screw up.to be fair the other guy did do other work .he put in a new faucet that leaked and he had to come back for that.all in all I spent 725 dollars on a job that should of only involved a flap on one toilet a giggly handle on another and a new faucet fixture. I will never use this company again.

The Guice Team worked hard to coordinate the times that were available for service. They completed the work in a timely manner and were very service oriented.

Ken was very good at installing the shower heads, but there was some unnecessary breakage or the tile. The company compensated for the breakage, but not enough to cover the replacement. It took more than 4 visits to finally install a shower-head/handheld combo that could have been done on one trip. There was an extra charge for installing that was not expected.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Work unsatisfactory and the manager Jeffrey is very unprofessional. Hired to install a water heater, ended up getting someone else to finish the job. Company will not return my money. I will be taking legal action against them. You don't treat customers like this. I will be reporting them to the BBB. It's been over a month now.

Unauthorized charges! I hired these people. They charged me $155.98. Then they charged $155.98 again and $375.98 more. They have $531.94 of mine and will not return it to me.

Installed the tankless hot water heater that I bought from Lowes. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, experienced with tankless hw heater installs, and did a professional job. They worked with me on price. They were quick to come out and get the job done. Would recommend to anyone.

Serviceman Paul was on time for the appointment and explained what he needed to do to complete my repair. Very courteous. I'm Very Satisfied.
