They responded very quickly to my request and the 21yr old woman I spoke with was extremely nice,professional and knowledgeable. She explained that if I like the quote for the job then great it will be done on the spot, if I didn't agree with the quote then no harm no foul and best of all no FEE! I will be using them again if I need to and Roberto the Service guy is #1 He knew his profession, was quick, kind, and really easy to talk to concerning the job, he explained everything along the way in a manner that a small child could understand. If i ever need Guice again I hope I get Roberto.

It is April 6, 2020, in the storm of the Coronavirus. This company sent a person out to fix the pipes under my sink that came a part. He went to Lowe's to get the parts. There was a line at Lowe's and the store was missing some stuff. He got what he could and come back to my house and did the repair work. Thank You so much.

they where not punctual, installer was nice & friendly, didn't have everything that was needed, was charged an extra 75.00 to connect gas line? well for the them respond that day of need was great!!! i would recommend Guice services to someone who needs a plumbing contractor...in all they did a good job!

Installer was nice and friendly and did a great job

The plumber did not seem knowledgeable about the Water Pressure Regulator. When done he left at 85psi when the part clearly stated between 15-75psi which I adjusted later after using a gauge on outside water hose. He also left the bolts on the replaced Water Pressure Regulator loose which I had to tighten myself. If I had not checked this based on watching a YouTube video who knows what would have happened. Not pleased with the service.

Very prompt! Zach was a super nice guy. Took care of the issue and explained exactly what said the issue was and what he did to fix it. Would recommend Guice services to everyone. If Zachary comes out you're for sure in good hands. I hope to never have any other plumbing issues but if I do will definitely call Guice Services first.

They responded very quickly and replaced our 21 year old water heater. Communication was very good; they kept us informed along the way. Only issue was they had turned water off to upstarts bathroom and forgot to turn it back on. This was not a big problem; we just turned the valves back on after discovering it was off.

I liked that the technician was knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a prompt and courteous manner.

Pierre was innovative in his solution making. Better than two other companies that I notified. I was partially shocked when he introduced his solution! Respectful, productive, efficient, and his cleanup is extremely commendable. Locking your number in! He's a keeper, a great benefit to your company! Promote and increase his salary. Seriously!

Installation of new water heater. The first tech came and installed it but didn't set temperature. Called them back and they came and set it right for me.
