We are lucky that this was only a small drip into our downstairs bathroom. and even more lucky that this company answered after 4pm. The plumber was very precise in diagnosis and was able to perform the repairs that same afternoon. I enjoy working with companies that have the customer in mind rather than trying to always upsell a bunch of unneeded stuff.

Rooter Pro Express installed a new water heater for us when renovated the loft area above our stand alone garage. It was great to work with a group of qualified people even more better that they didn't try to over charge me. Installation happened as other contractors were working in the unit. We are very pleased at the overall outcome.

M undermount sink started falling down from the granite counter tops. He did have to readjust some things and then assured me that there was no damage to the pipes and garbage disposal. His work was impeccable and timely.

I initially hired this company to replace my kitchen faucet being that it was faulty. I was so impressed after he was complete that I asked if he would replace all of the faucets in the home to match the one in the kitchen. He gave me a great price for the additional service. Kudos for this company for not overcharging their customers and hiring an outstanding plumber.

Hiring a someone who is well versed is way more smart then watching some "online" personality who might or might not be a plumber give you "hacks" to unclog a toilet. After pouring hot water, dish soap and using a plunger Roter ProXpress came to the rescue. Problem solved and lesson learned to always call this company for all my plumbing issues, no more do it yourself.

We had a roots that impacted our main water line and RPX was able to handle our job flawlessly. Not only did they send a well knowledgeable plumber, he came prepared to dig based off of my phone call to the office. His sense of urgency matched mine which settled me because I knew the job was handled. In a nutshell, he was successful and are so happy.

We had an appointment with this company to repair our toilet and during the consultation he recommended to replace the toilet. It was due to the age and the cost of parts would be far greater then a brand new toilet. Well...we thought we knew better. We invited another company and they told us they could fix it for way more then RPX with no mention of a replacement toilet. By end of he week Rooter Pro Xpress was at our house with a new toilet ready for installation. Best decision ever.

Being able to access such a great company is always a plus. We are grateful as to how the technician came to the appointment on time and gave us a very detailed estimate which we approved. Installation happened same day and did not delay our renovation progress. 5 stars!

Great company. We initially thought our sump pump was not the right size due to the way it was performing. However with the knowledge of the Rooter Pro Express plumber, he determined it was clogged. Our service didn't take long and he I am certainly thankful that the cost was affordable.

Our landscaper accidently hit our water main and RPX sent an absolute professional. This plumber was efficient and skilled at his craft. He was the only vendor that showed up for us prepared to work same day. We're so pleased with how things turned out.

Rooter Pro Xpress is an excellent company to work with. When it was time to replace our water heater due to age they were able to provide us options based off of our current needs and budget. They installed the next day and our appointment went with zero issues.

So glad we called Rooter Pro Xpress for service as we thought we had just a clogged toilet. We soon learned when the plumber arrived that we our septic tank was in need of service. The plumber called the office and they were able to send the septic tech to our house later in the day. He came out and took care of us and did a full treatment. In conjunction with what the plumber did our house is back in order.

We came home to our basement with couple of inches of water. The plumber was able to come that same afternoon and recommended that we replace the sump pump. During the repair, he discussed the need for maintenance on this sump pump. We enjoyed working with this plumber and will hire this company again.

The final replacement of the water heater was done and we are very pleased with the high level service we received. The plumber was able to provide a variable of options based on our needs. Our running toilet was repaired by a remarkable plumber from this company. It was nice to see a vendor show up in uniform with his iPad and information ready. He replaced the flapper, handle and readjusted the float height. The cost was affordable, top notch service.

Sewage back up is not a pretty sight and the smell is just as bad. Rooter Pro Express came highly recommended and they were able to resolve the issue without the need for replacing a pipes. A member of management followed with us the following week to see if everything was done to our satisfaction and we offered glowing remarks on the entirety of the staff.

Our subdivision was having some work done when the contractor accidently hit a gas line which cause our gas services to be cut off. After several failed attempts of lighting the pilot light, we made an appointment with the company for a technician to assist us. He made it to our home that morning and after service he was able to answer all of our questions regarding maintenance which put us at ease.

As we were opening new office location the maintenance supervisor reported that the water heater needed repairs. Being able to schedule with the company was easy, they were able to work around office hours. The plumber was excellent with his work and left no damage to the floor and walls. The company was able to repair the main water line after we discovered multiple puddles in our front yard. The plumbers arrived prepared to make all the necessary repairs. They did a great job and I was able to provide the water company a detailed summary that was provided to me by the plumber. The 5 stars is well deserved.

After much research we decided to purchase the bidet style toilet, we soon realized that installation would take professionals. Rooter Pro Xpress was the only company to get a same day plumber. He was punctual and an expert as his craft. He was able to install all 3 toilets in a couple of hours without issues. Great work!

This company is a lifesaver!!! We had new pipes installed in my parents kitchen by another plumbing company. Long story made short, the pipes installed were to short which caused so many issues. RPX sent a fantastic plumber and within 15 minutes noted that the plumbing was done incorrectly. He was able to resolve the issue with the new pipes and fittings. Thank you RPX Team.

Rooter Pro Xpress was the best decision in hiring a plumber. One of the plumbers came out to do a thorough inspection, and at my request he flushed our water heater. At the end of service we were provided a visit summary of the appointment. The plumber was remarkable and very patient with me. Outstanding servicing.

During a service call for another plumbing issue the plumber noted that my hot water was making some unusual noises. After his assessment he recommended that we replace the hot water heater due to the noises but also the signs of aging. Rooter Pro Xpress was able to source a top of the line water heater which was installed the following day. I'm very impressed with the plumber and the entire company. Great staff and service.

Rooter Pro Xpress did an exceptional job with installing a new line from our well to our house. The plumber and his assistant have the most proficient and professional vendor I have ever worked with. The job was completed on time with very little disturbance to our neighbors. Fantastic group to work with.
