Hiring RPX after multiple options was the best decision. The plumber made it easy for us to navigate from a traditional into a tankless water heater. His process was very clear which included the price and no hidden charges. After the install, he also took the time to provide us with a maintenance schedule. Service was perfect.

We exhausted every measure to save our water heater and finally decided to replace it. RPX sent a very detailed plumber, he did take some time to do some assessments to see if was salvageable. He too, recommended a replacement. He provided a detailed estimate and we had our water heater installed the next day. The plumbers work was meticulous and done with 1000% satisfaction rate.

During our move we were unable to start the pilot light so we called Rooter Pro Xpress to get this taken care of it for us. We were pleasantly surprised that this task did not the technician very long and he charged us an affordable rate. We called other a couple of other companies and was told very high rates, just glad we went with This company for our service.

The fact that this company was able to send a plumber to our home after hours is appreciated. The plumber showed up and understood the sense the of urgency we had regarding the leaking bathroom sink. He went to work immediately and repaired the leak within an hours time. He was well worth the money paid for his promptness and knowledge.

5 Star service for certain. After trying to googling how to repair a hot water heater, we found that calling a professional would be easier. Rooter Pro Xpress came the same day and he replaced a heating element in the water heater. Our plumber was aware of some additional plumbing issues were experiencing in our home. He was so polite in offering to take a look. And in his professionalism, he did share that each issue was a easy to repair at a very low cost. We didn't think twice and did the repairs.

I am ever so thankful for the RPX plumber that had to come and re do the work of another companies work. Despite my visible frustrations, the plumber assured me that the issue would be resolved today...and it was. I am so pleased that I have full use of the bathroom again.

During our visit with the plumber we thought we would be able to repair a faulty shower faucet. He advised us that it would be more cost effective to replace it. So we were able to replace the shower head and even able to upgrade better model. We appreciate the plumbers recommendation and cost saving measures.

The plumber was definitely a master as his craft based on how he approached the work. Although it was a "small" job he did everything with precision.

I love how mindful this company is, our visit with the plumber was fantastic. We explained that wanted a compostable toilet in our tiny home. He was able to replace the toilets for us without any issues, he did go over some maintenance items with these types of toilets. He did a phenomenal job.

We replaced our all the fixtures in our bathroom with the help of Rooter Pro Xpress. Their expertise gave us the ability to select the type of fixtures we wanted based off of our aesthetics and functionality. He was so patient with us and the job was done with pure perfection.

It was great to finally have our pot filler faucet working again. We had a couple of plumbers advise us that it would take so much work to get this repaired. We finally called Rooter Pro Xpress, as soon as the plumber walked in our kitchen he immediately let me know that that would be a very easy repair and take less then a couple of hours. He did fantastic job, worth my continued business and referral.

Having a sump pump is definitely the a good decision on our part. We want to use the basement as an entertainment space. The company installed a sump pump at a reasonable cost and within a short time frame. Matter of fact they were able to install it faster than I expected. I appreciate all that this company has done for me and my family.
