had them come to my house in July/Aug 2024, did the full pipes clean up (as they said), i paid for insurance to cover the service for the next half year. total amount was way over 1k for just to unlock the pipe in the kitchen. Pipe got clogged again (with us NOT putting even coffee grinds, but some small particles of food do get in of course). Came here plumber started to tell warranty is void since there is food :o the guy was screeming at me in my house telling me he wont be fixing this under the warranty, behaved violantly screaming into the face. I am a femal of under 30 yo, so it was not comfortable. i recorded everything. these are criminals and the court case will be filed.

Rooter ProXpress plumber recommended to repair our toilet rather then replace the entire unit. I showed him 2 other quotes which reflected to replace the entire toilet. He stated that the toilet only needed new few minor things so it would be working with better efficiency. First class service with integrity and honesty.

This company is an excellent plumbing service. We had drain leaks in our bathroom and our plumber was very detailed in his repairs. In addition to the repair work he also installed the plumbing for the room addition.

Initial service was fine. But the toilet developed a leak a few weeks later. The plumber came back out, was able to recreate the circumstances where the toilet leaked. Then said I was just wasting his time, and denied that there was a leak. Very rude and unprofessional.

Due to our garbage disposal being broken it also caused one of pipes to leak under the cabinet. Thankfully this company had a plumber in the area. He was such a pleasure to work with and his work is impeccable.

He was professional, efficient and did a good job.

This company is the top tier in plumbing companies. Started seeing spotting on the ceiling and noticed that the upstairs bathroom was leaking. RPX was the first call I made and the appointment was made for that afternoon. We are very happy that he was able to repair the issues and our house is back to "normal."

Rather then spend the cost to repair my toilet I had the company replace and upgrade it. Their availability and cost was far less then the other quotes I received. The plumber was very detailed in his consultation and he was great to work with. Their service was top notch.

He immediately began to locating the leak followed by the start of repairs. They returned the following day to complete the work. To put it briefly, this great company sent an excellent plumber to replace our water heater. How he engaged with us was pleasurable, he didn't pressure us. He offered a couple of options. I suggest working with this company they are an honest hard working group.

It was time to replace our very old water heater and I'm every so thankful that Rooter Pro Xpress was available. He came out got our dimensions and got our water heater the same day. The flow of communication from his office to him (plumber) then to us was perfect. Such an overall good experience.

Having RPX to install my dishwasher was great! The plumber did have to manipulate the cabinet and he had to change the line die to it being being full of grease. He did a fantastic job and was the cost was affordable.

Having puddles of water around the water heater is definitely cause for alarm. Our plumber was quick with his repair, he didn't over price us and was ready to work when he we gave him the approval. All around fantastic service.

I wish we could offer this company more then 5 stars. It was such a relief to call and get a live person on the phone. Even more excited to be able to have a plumber come the same day to replace my water heater. It just came as a surprise that we didn't have to wait days for installation. One of his colleagues delivered a brand new unit within a couple of hours. Install was great and we are happy to be operating again.
