The installers were very professional, efficient, and really nice. This is our third purchase of windows through this company. The windows really seem to have had a beneficial effect on our electric bill. We will definitely use Power Home Remodeling for any additional home improvements.

+ 0 moreOn the first visit, they installed the sliding glass door. There was a piece that was warped on the patio door which they repaired on the second visit when they installed the upstairs windows. They were prompt and courteous. They also cleaned up their waste before they left. Every person I dealt with from the initial visit to the installation was friendly and professional. I would certainly use Power again for the rest of my windows when it is time to replace them.

+ -1 moreI have scheduled with this company 4 times on 4 different occasions for them to come out and give me an estimate. One time I actually took off of work in order to meet this appointment. This is ridiculous. I Still cannot get someone out to give me an estimate. Yet, after I scheduled an appointment, the same day that they called to cancel, they have marketers coming to my door to try and sell. This makes no logical sense. I even spoke to the scheduling agent last night and he ensured me that now matter what, they will be sure to make my appointment since they have already had to reschedule 3 times. WASTE OF MY ENERGY. NOT WORTH THE TIME TO EVEN LISTEN TO THEM

The quality of their product and the warranty, coupled with my neighbor's experience solidified my selection. They were excellent at following up from the initial sale through installation completion to ensure I was prepared and happy with the progress. I will definitely consider PHR again for any home improvements.

+ -1 moreTheir sales tactics and quoting process is horrible. I had to be very direct with the sales person on getting to the quote price and letting him know it was time for him to leave my home. The "sign today for a discount" saying that it was an efficiency process they got from UPS is total BS. It is a simply a high pressure tactic that they are using.

+ -1 moreThis was an appointment through Sams Club. It was set up and was an in home sales visit to measure and estimate all of the windows to be replaced. We got a quote of 17 thousand for 15 windows, if we did it today. 19 thousand if we waited...but when we completely balked and said no. It went down to 16 thousand. I just shut down after that. Didn't want to talk anymore. Also had a 10% coupon from Sams Club but the sale associate/estimator didn't even mention using that! I brought it up and it got talked over...lol. Just a weird experience. The typical run of the mill high pressure sales tactic seller, all in the convenience of your own home! The deal was 17 thousand dollars for 15 windows on a 1300 Sqft home if we agreed to a contract that day. The Job would have only took them 1 day The Window Manufacturer never heard of and still don't know the name. Didn't take the Sams Club 10% coupon or even acknowledge at the in home consultation. The sales rep at Sams used it as a way to pull you in on getting the in home consultation. The best estimate we could get during our home consultation was approx 1066.00 per window which in my opinion was a complete and total ripoff. This was replacing aluminum framed single paned windows with vinyl windows. As per Angies list: For a standard-size, double-hung, double-pane (energy efficient), vinyl window, expect to pay between $450 and $600, including installation. ref Angies list article: [*** Link removed ***]

+ -1 moreThese are well made and enery efficient windows! No more drafts. We are especially enjoying the picture window in our kitchen bay window. We chose to get the windows without the grids throughout the house and it really opened up our view! Our neighbors are now asking who put them in. You guys did a great job! The only thing I would recommend in the future is for your installation guys to wear shoe socks over their shoes when they come in peoples house. I did not enjoy cleaning up after them...I did not say anything because they were working so well and they were in and out in 4 hours. Not bad for 15 windows!

I went against my better judgement to throw the guy out of my house because the product was good and I did really need shingles but it was not a disaster as the salesman made it out to be. He crawled around in the attic to find the worst looking joist that was cracked. Gave a story about how bad it was. When the contractor came out he scoffed at the beam because it was not really that bad. The contractor Scott was great but dealing with Power Home Remodeling was not. I had issues with a broken driveway after it was all said and done. It was not easy to remedy that. Also after checking around I know their prices were 2 to 3 times what the roof should have cost using the same high quality materials. I would stay away from them and never use them again. It is clear they are a middle man racking in on the outrageous prices they charge.

On the day of installation, the installers arrived promptly and approximately five hours later, the window installation was complete. Our house was left extremely organized and nothing for us to do but enjoy our new windows. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of not only new windows, but siding and roofing as well.

Description of Work: I live in a no solicitation neighborhood but when the man named "hash" showed up out of blue I thought gosh me and my husband were just talking about replacing a window. This is perfect I kept asking if I could have a card to call and schedule he refused told me I had to do it then. I thought ok?!?! So I set up then he told me my husband had to be present he works crazy odd hours seriously but I agreed. The man showed up 45 mins late at 730 at night he was awesome till we decided to talk over a $18000 purchase we did not feel comfortable to make that decision in a few minutes while he watched us talk it out. At 1015 at night we informed he we would like to talk this over he became so aggressive I could not believe this behavior complete 180 I felt I had whiplash! He called me and my husband liars saying no one in their right mind talked over a purchase in their home! He preceded to scream and yell at my husband saying we were horrible parents for not replacing a window to a room my child does not go in. Then he told us that he was appalled we could sleep at night. All I wanted to do was research the product so I would not have buyers remorse but guess what I will never use this company! No one even called to check how our appointment went nothing at all this company is a joke. Bullies if they show up call the police my husband had to man handle the guy out of our house while our young child slept because he kept trying to force a sale while raising his voice. Grow up I will spend $10000 extra to be treated respectfully in my home!

+ -1 moreThey always show up when they say. They are very neat in appearance and work. They clean up better than it was when they got there. The crews are very friendly and all speak English. The followup person calls before showing up to check on the status of the job and then they show up to inspect the work done by the install crew. We have done 3 jobs with this group and I think now we are mostly done. But if I needed to replace any other windows this is where we would go.
Description of Work: We needed to have our windows replaced. They were 20 yr old wooden woods put in by the builder and they were starting to lose their gas and shrinking away from the frames.
