Excellent experience from beginning to end. All appointments met on time. Demo of the product's heat resistance and how it is energy efficient. Product line was not limited. Professional employees from the salesman, preinstall inspector, installers and quality control professional. Was kept informed during the entire process. Would use again.

The windows are excellent quality, very good build, made from thick upvc and quality glass filled with Argon. They are similar to expensive Softlites branded for PHRG. I loved their team of installers, professional, introduced themselves, efficient, answered questions, cleaned up, washed the windows, absolutely no mess at all. About an hour later an auditor came to check their work which was an added bonus. He too was very helpful and considerate. We had an issue of water leakage about 6 months later, turned out to be from the sill above the windows. The water ran from the sill through the Aluminum cladding and found it's way to the top of the window leaking a little at the inside top. I called the warranty line, they came out and re-caulked and we've had no issues since. The sill at the top of the window is on the woodwork of the house so this was not PHRG's normal practice to caulk there. My wife thought PHRG was too expensive for what we got and she didn't like the sales process. She may be correct, however we've since used two other firms, one for a door and the other to complete all the other windows. Our door has had issues from the other providers poor installation process (not the door), and the new windows for the other firm are not as good as the PHRG windows. In life you get what you pay for and yes there can still be an issue even with good ones. I personally would highly recommend PHRG for their whole process. They are not cheap though considering we got 16 other windows elsewhere for $8300. The windows are okay but not the same build quality as PHRG, and came with cheaper locking mechanisms. If it was up to me I'd have bought PHRG windows throughout but compromise with my wife one the day for the rest of the house. The other firms we used were Window Traditions for the door, and North GA Windows for the rest of the windows.

The salesman was very nice. Lots of knowledge of the products.... The price was scary....😳. I hope he has another job here in GA!!! No one is going to over pay by that much!!!!

Good. The sales pitch is a little intense, however, what that say will happen is only as good what does happen. The installers Brandon and Ore were very professional and knew what they were doing. The installation went smoothly and they left the site with nothing left behind but the new windows.

From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience working with Power HRG. All the employees we came into contact with during the whole process were pleasant and personable. Every one of them were always very punctual, usually showing up at the very first part of the time window they gave or right at the time they said they would be there. The original sales pitch was a little longer than we expected (about 3 hours), but during it the individual thoroughly explained and demonstrated the product we were receiving. Part of the reason it seemed a little longer was that I come from an engineering background but also have a good bit of knowledge in construction, so some of the information that was given during the presentation was a little redundant for me personally. But other than being a little longer than expected, the presentation did not seem too pushy to my wife and I as some others have been that we have experienced in the past. The installers that came were polite and personable, and introduced themselves before they began to work. I felt like they were very respectful our property and home during the installation. They completed the work quickly and everything was thoroughly cleaned. There was really not a sign that they had been there, other than the new windows. Before they left they took the time to make 100% sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. The quality assurance manager they sent out to do a final inspection and see if our needs and expectation had been met, was also very personable as well.

From start to finish this has been an easy project for us. All of our concerns were addressed and questions answered every step of the way. Everyone was either early or on time and courteous during the entire project. The attention to detail in matching trim to measuring at several different times to ensure a seams fit gave us confidence that we made the right decision with Power.

I was in the market for windows and a representative of the company happened by doing door to door. I set up an appointment for a free estimate on some of my windows. The representative was on time and professional. I did have to go thru a long marketing and sales pitch, but the end result was a fair price on 4 windows. Then there was a visit from another representative who confirmed the measurements of the windows they were also on time and professional. The date of the installation was made. I received a call to confirm the date and time a couple days before hand. The installers were on time went and went straight to work. In the middle of the installation a QA manager dropped by to check on the project and asked if I had any questions...Windows were completed in a timely manner and there was no sign of them being on the site once completed (except for the new windows) all scraps and pieces were picked up and carried away. Once the project was finished I received a call from another representative of the company who asked if I was happy with the job and if I had any questions...I would have no problem recommending this company to others. I would also have no problem using them again...

everyone was professional, nice and on time. I was informed of every step in the process. I really liked that they went through the house with me and checked every window to make sure they worked and gave tips on how to clean them.

I had only searched for them for a few minutes when they called me. They sent someone out, who was there for a long time. They never discussed price upfront, and what each thing costs, which was a bit disconcerting for me. The work was very over-priced, and if I had to do it over again, I would’ve used someone else. The project they did for me, I could’ve gotten taken care of at a much more reasonable price. They are good at customer service, it’s just that their price was high. Their product (windows) are really nice, and they work well, but I still felt that the whole project was expensive, and I wish I’d been able to get a breakdown of the pricing beforehand.

Salesman and contractors were friendly and professional. The gutter installation was amazing. Contractors worked in light rain and cleaned up all debris. Window installation went well; however, contractors broke a decorative plate,but project manager agreed to replace. They were also unkind to my flower bed, but all is well. Overall, I am please with the work.

I used Power Home Remodeling to replace 19 windows in my home. From the sales process all the way through the installation inspection, I was kept in the loop and they did a fantastic job of communicating the entire process. Everyone who visited my home was punctual and polite and very knowledgeable about their products and services. The sales process could have been a bit shorter, but I appreciate all of the information and attention my project was given. I know more about windows than I ever thought possible. I would definitely recommend Power Home Remodeling and will use them again in the future.

At the time we met with the salesman from Power, we were not really thinking of replacing our siding. However, once we saw the product and installation process, and despite it being quite expensive, we decided to go ahead with removing our cedar siding and replacing it with vinyl, plus all new gutters. Workers were timely and very friendly. Despite it being extremely windy and cold weather, they went ahead with the work and everything was completed in 4-5 days. We're very pleased with the job and have gotten a lot of compliments on it.

The insulation was done first, the next day the windows were installed, and finally the siding/shutters/backdoor. There were 3 different crews and they were professional as well as courteous. The siding crew installed front and back porch lights as well as new doorbells before they left, and reinstalled the mailbox. They also cleaned up before leaving. I am very pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of the different crews. At the final inspection I decided to replace my front door to match the new back door. The windows open and close easily and the backdoor is sturdy and secure. The only service I wish they would include would be to install screen doors... maybe in the future.

Installers arrived on a Friday morning and promptly began by removing our living room picture window. In a matter of four to five hours, they had our new bay window installed.

They had promised they would get it done in one day. Seven guys arrived on time and it was amazing to watch them. They covered the ground area with large tarps and stripped the roof . They replaced some boards that were rotted and which had been pointed out to us in the attic during the estimate and which was included in the price. They installed the Weather Watch ice and water shield and ridge vent exhaust. They then shingled the roof with GAF Timberline shingles with 50 year non prorated labor warranty. They were done by 6 in the afternoon and had cleaned up every scrap on the property. The dumpster was picked up the next business day. We are extremely happy with the outcome.

We were approached by two door-to-door representatives regarding a free estimate on window replacement. Even though our neighborhood has a very and public non-solicitation policy, we agreed to meet since we do, in fact, need some new windows. As stated in other reviews, it was made clear that both my wife and myself had to be in attendance. One the rep arrived, albeit 40 minutes late on a Friday afternoon, the pitch began. While impressed with the apparent quality of the product, when it finally came time to wrap up, the inappropriate high pressure sales tactics began. Totally unprofessional. When the rep pressed for the close with his "first time visit" discount, we informed him that we would need some time to discuss amongst ourselves. At this point the young man informed us that "this does not benefit him". Shocked, I asked what this meant and no less than three more times, we were told that anything other than committing right then and there did not benefit him and his compensation. This is the point where he was shown the door. Worst sales tactics ever. What's worse is that I know he is fresh out of college and was specifically trained to do exactly what he did.

Process went smooth and painless. Everyone was professional. Everything that was promised was delivered.

On time, very professional, excellent work (absolutely nothing needed attention after they were done). Love these doors! Feel very safe and know that they are energy efficient.

We agree the first time visit was a little lengthy but the quality design of the windows was clearly noted during the presentation. My husband and I were pleased and ready to say yes to having them replaced. As for the installs, the crews called when they were about 20 minutes from arriving. They were on time, polite, professional and cleaned up surrounding work area before they left. They were able to assist with any questions we had. After having our windows for a few weeks, we are very satisfied with the finished product. We enjoy no windy drafts, noise reduction, better energy efficiency and total ease of opening and cleaning windows. Thanks for your service!

While the initial sales pitch was much longer than anticipated, I agreed to purchase feeling that I knew exactly what I was buying. The entire process went smoothly and right on schedule. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. The installation team worked quickly and did a wonderful job cleaning up. I look forward to using Power again in the future to replace the remaining windows in my house.

The service that we received was incredibly professional from the first contact from Becket Glamp at our door, to the remarkable presentation from Brandon Roundtree, scheduler and review by Matt, through installation from Trevor and Brandon and quality control inspection by Mike McLeroy. All questions were addressed and left us totally satisfied with no regrets! This turnkey project exceeded our expectations throughout the project and the windows add a beautiful clear view, value to our home and best of all, insulation from the cold and heat! The look great! We are thrilled with the end result, but also blown away at the attention to every detail and the incredible service provided by Power Home Remodeling Group. The installation was quick, thorough and their clean-up impeccable. We will definitely use them again for the rest of our window replacement and highly recommend them to our family, friends and neighbors! Great job Power HRG!
