Description of Work: I called American Home Shield for a covered refrigerator repair and Amtec was sent. They identified the problem (a disconnected wire that caused the compressor to disconnect) and they fixed it. I would use them again since they knew what they were doing and came quickly.

+ -1 moreTHE TECH CAME OUT AND ATTEMPTED TO FIX THE PROBLEM, CARELESSLY PLACING HEAVY TOOLS ON THE WOOD FLOOR. WE WENT ON VACATION ONLY TO RETURN AND FIND THE PROBLEM STILL OCCURRING. THE SAME TECH WAS SENT OUT TO FIX IT AGAIN. THE TECH WAS CARELESS AND NOT ATTENTIVE TO THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: SOMETHING WAS CAUSING OUR SUB ZERO REFRIGERATOR TO LEAK AND FREEZE UNDER THE VEGETABLE DRAWER.
