The cleaners showed up on time, were very nice and got to work right away. The job was done very well!!

There were 4 ladies who showed up a cleaned for an hour and a half.

I am very pleased with the cleaning services I received from Akin's. The individuals were prompt, kind and professional and they did a great day. My home looks great and my hardwoods are shining. I definitely plan to use them in the future as their prices are highly competitive. Thanks for a great first experience!

I got a coupon and it took a while to get the service because of they were booked up. They were professional and did the standard clean. I’d hire them again with the coupon.

didn't like three people in my house at one time that I didn't know. I ask them to change sheets, clean bathrooms. vacuum and mop floors, baseboards.......the big stuff. I saw one of them with rag dusting a small curio cabinet full of little things when she saw me she started wiping very slowly and carefully. this would be good, but I could have cleaned the entire cabinet in the length of time I watched...what a waste of my time and money...Mostly that is not what I asked them to clean remember! the Big things. Language was a barrier. They wanted me to hire them weekly. I made a date in three weeks...hard to tell get an answer but they didn't show up.

The crew arrived on time Will need to show them what needs to be done. I had to go back to show them areas missed.

The provider went to clean the shower and she pulled on shower handle forcefully causing the shower valve to break which in turn caused flooding upstairs/downstairs.

The two cleaners did a fantastic job putting the place in spit-shine condition in just two hours. I was very pleased with their work and how well they were organized. I would definitely use them again!

The ladies were great. Even with inclement winter weather, the team did great. They asked to show up a bit earlier and were on time. They did a very good, thorough job on cleaning.

They are thorough and sweet. They came right before Thanksgiving for me, I was impressed and tipped extra for the hard work & holiday.

I was very pleased with what they did. The only thing I noticed later was they must have forgotten to do the master bath but that was such a small room that I didn't mind.

Not great. A team of four came and spent three hours. They did not dust under beds, ceiling fans, the tray ceiling in the master bedroom. The photo is under the bed in the master. We have two ovens in our kitchen and they had to be prompted to clean the second one. They also did not move lightweight objects on the floor to dust. The fee was $200 and in spite of our dissatisfaction we gave a $30 tip. I would not use them again.

I was amazed at how clean the house was after they finished, and how little time it took them.

Fine. They did a good job However, the crew showed up 2 hours early which could have been a problem if I had gone out to exercise because I didn't expect them until 1. Fortunately I happened to be at home. They emailed me that they intended to come early but I didn't check my email until later. A call would have been better.

Vacuuming very poor job, they did not go under beds, moping job very poor. Coupon shows price for 6 hours of cleaning and actually was less than 3 hours, they told me it was depending on the crew, so 3 people, around 2 hours, that needs to be specified in deal as other companies do. They had great attitude when shown all areas they missed, but it was not for setup as first cleaning when they have to be more detailed than in next visits

It went great! They were right on time, did a great job, and I mean a GREAT job, will definitely contact them again!
