+ -1 moreMy house was pretty clean to begin with, I wanted that extra touch for the holidays. The cleaners were punctual and professional, but I do think they could have done a little more. Baseboards with dog hair was ignored ad grime behind sinks were left untouched, but they did clean the obvious places.

Most of the time they are very punctual although on one occasion they were not and, after exchanging a few email messages, we ended up re-scheduling for another day.

+ -1 moreCleaners left before time paid for, and cleaning was not worth the discounted price as things were not done to satisfaction (I.e. bathroom trashes were not taken out, some counter space was not cleaned, those that were were put back in odd order, and had to be asked to vacuum and sweep certain flooring).
