AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME !!!!! Great people to work with. Original estimate was very accurate. Job was completed on date promised. ALL plumbing, electrical and updates to structure ( to meet county code ) finished as we originally planned with NO NEED to babysit or watch over them. Couldn't be more satisfied!!! THANK YOU Dwight, Paul and the crew!!!!

We were very pleased with the entire experience. Dwight responded promptly to my intial call and provided a very good estimate for the work. He even tweaked the estimate after I requested a minor change. We met with him once near his office to pick out granite from a remnant yard and pick out a new bathroom sink. We scheduled two days for the work, but we had to change that after I had my baby early. He had no problem rescheduling and did the work the next week -- I was very pleased that he could move his schedule around so quickly to accommodate us. Once he and his crew arrived to do the work, they were very professional and prompt, and respected the fact that we had a new baby in the house, along with a very excited dog. They performed the work exactly as promised and it all looks wonderful now. There was a slight drip under the sink after the crew left, and I notified Dwight about it that evening. The drip went away the next day (and has not returned), but Dwight still called a few days later to check on it, which I appreciated. All in all, we couldn't be more pleased with the result, and I would highly recommend them.

I left a message on their phone and got a prompt response. The Project Lead came over and assessed the various situations and wrote up a detailed estimate. The price was very reasonable. We agreed and scheduled. He presented me with a contract for the work and I paid a deposit. The work crew arrived on time on the appointed day. They worked a long day and did finish work the next day. They were friendly, responsive to questions, and as unobtrusive as is possible given the nature of the tasks. When they finished, they cleaned up. I think the floor in my living room is cleaner than it's been in a long time. They removed all the waste materials. It was a great relief to have these projects completed We have some additional work -- bathroom remodeling -- that we need done. I've seen their gallery of work. I've gotten an estimate on my project. I could not be more pleased with their efforts and will not hesitate to use their services.

They did a good job and I will continue to use them in future.

So far it?s so good. They?re very responsive to my questions and the person who is managing the project is very easy to get a hold of. If I have a concern, they address it. There are still a couple outstanding issues we?re still addressing and the job is not finished yet. I will say that the added benefit of someone managing it for me, because I was screening all different types of individual contractors, it?s worth it. On all the components of the jobs themselves, they are actually coming in lower. To replace my counter top, their bid was lower than the counter top guy but when you go in and add the overhead profit piece, it comes in, on average, a little higher but it?s worth it. It?s worth it to have that person making sure all the parts and pieces are fitting well together. And you don?t have the conflict you would have because they?re all doing it together. I don?t have to worry about it and I don?t have to be there to let people in, they?re doing that for me. For me, that is a big, big deal; so if it costs me on a $14,000 project to have $2,000 of that be overhead profit, it?s worth it. I?m a single, working mother so I?m not there all the time and to have someone I?m comfortable with, because I?m kind of funny about that and my tolerance for creepiness is pretty low. So to have somebody I?m comfortable with in my house while I?m not there is very, very important to me. Everything has happened pretty much when they said it would. Being around contractors before and knowing that they always give you an estimate that is ideal and typically don?t meet that by a long shot, they?ve been pretty close. I have been without my kitchen for a little longer than I had anticipated, but I think that was a misunderstanding. The project management has been really good and the ability to get in touch in my project manager even thought he actually does work on some jobs himself. The level of detail and the quote they gave me are important information and I need to have information to make decisions and make sure I?m doing things in the right order as well. The project manager has made things easy and he?s super responsive. I talk to him usually once a day, if not twice. For a busy person who wants to understand what?s going on and make sure things get done in the right order and get done well, it?s been huge. I know people who have had nightmares before with contractors and I haven?t had any of that. I can tell that the concern for the final outcome is very genuine. He doesn?t force me to go through their suppliers. It's been a good experience.

They were very professional, efficient, thorough, and detail-oriented. We didn?t use them because we didn?t buy the house.

I acted as my own general contractor on this project, but Ron from West Georgia was very helpful giving advice as the project went along. I ordered Wellborn cabinets from them with silent-close drawers - a high quality product. Ron had a great idea for a different kind of cabinet over the toilet too. I returned a tile warming system that I had bought at Lowes when Ron showed me the superiority of their system. He allowed me to take a huge plumbing supply catalog home that we picked our fixtures from. I know this company does remodeling too. While I didn't use them to do the actual installation, their products are high quality and their design ideas are awesome.

Very professional in every way. I knew a few windows had rotting wood, and asked him during the estimate to see if there were others. He took the time to inspect carefully. And gave a reasonable estimate. The actual work was performed well with a few unexpected extras, like painting both sides of a window so they would match, even though carpentry work was only done on one side.

Process was smooth albeit lengthy form the design phase until completion. The work was professional with total attention to detail. We had the option to buy appliance from the contractor but chose to roll our own and this was not an issue. A couple of minor issues were noted just prior to completion, and all was corrected to our satisfaction at no extra cost.

Very nice to deal with. Spent a great deal of time finding out or main goals and asking questions. We are going out tomorrow so I can have a hands on look at actual work they performed and to be able to see cabinet colors which will be a huge help. Love the idea of a turn key operation. Will make final choices in next few weeks, but see no reason not to use them.

The work proceeded beautifully. The whole process went smoothly with time coordination a priority. The cabinet installer was great and my kitchen looks like the cabinets were custom built. The cabinets installed were by Wellborn and look beautiful. They totally transformed my kitchen into a showplace. All appointments were kept in a timely fashion. I feel like I got an excellent deal for the work done.
