Description of Work: Installation of new NG water heater. Clint, of Henson Mech, did an excellent, and very professional installation. This is one of the very best plumbing jobs I have ever contracted. Will use Clint, and Henson Mech again. Excellent service!

Description of Work: Replaced a 10 yr old gas water heater. First install guy left with unit running even with a noticeable gas leak. I noticed the leak immediately & found the source within two minutes upon arriving at my house. Upon reporting the problem at 4 pm was told they could come out the next day. They didn't advise to cut the gas off to the heater but I did due to amount of leaking gas. We're lucky this did not turn into a big accident. Also original installer said it would be an extra $100 to dispose of the old unit even though the Angie list offer was clear that was included. The second fellow took the old unit after correcting the leaky gas connection. |

Description of Work: They evaluated my central HVAC system because of an unusually high gas heating bill obtained recently. The tech was very professional and spent the time to explain to me how the system worked so that we can make better decisions when using the thermostat.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a furnace tune-up. They did what they were supposed to do. I didn't feel there was any value in the deal. I purchased the deal in search of finding a new service provider. I didn’t really see any significant change that would impress me enough to use the new company. I was not impressed with their knowledge and service. I probably wouldn’t use the contractor again and would continue to use the previous company instead.

Description of Work: We had a compressor go bad. They gave us a reasonable quote and installed it nicely. They even loaned us a room air conditioner for the weekend before installation.

Description of Work: Replaced our furnace and air conditioning units. Went very well. The only drawback was that they thought they could add more heat/air to one of the rooms, and they didn't really make a difference in that room. But it's a great unit so far and they did a great job of it.
