I called to set up an apptment and they explained to me what would be done and what would be accomplished. Within a week they were here and completed the job over a two day period as the finish has to dry . Also, they recaulked around my tub ( which I had done myself ) and this was a big improvement.

.The Miracle Methods man arrived punctually and worked very efficently. He was very courteous and cleaned up well after himself.

Very good experience, worked with me to stay within my budget, gave me several alternatives to choose from. Highly recommend.

Justin arrived on time. Everything went as Denise explained it to me when I scheduled the appointment. Justin did an excellent job refinishing our bathtub. It looks beautiful. He filled in the holes in the tiles. The closest color he had is slightly lighter than the color they originally were, but both Denise and Justin warned us that they would match it as closely as possible and told us we wouldn't have an exact match, but it would be close. We appreciated them telling us that before they performed the service and we had him go ahead and do it. It looks much better now and you can't see the holes at all. He had to come back the next morning to do the polishing. Denise told us it would be a two day job when I made the appointment. He was very thorough explaining what products could and could not be used on the refinshed tub. He also told us the products to use cleaning the tub could be found on the back of the receipt. I really appreciated that. A small amount of the coating got on the door, but my husband was able to clean it off. Justin did an outstanding job with the caulking along the tub.

looks great but was expensive. they neglected to tell me that slip proof finish would be extra.

It went very well overall. Steve returned my initial call about an estimate right away and showed up when he said he would. His employee also showed up when promised and performed the work very well. Both were very clear about what the tub would look like when finished, how long the work would take, how long it would take to dry, and how much it would cost. They were right on all counts. Something used in the refinishing process was spilled on our vinyl tile during the work and left two unsightly marks, one small and one large, in the middle of the floor. I wasn't able to clean it off myself so I called Steve, who returned to our home himself two days later to try to clean it. He succeeded and no marks are now left on our floor. Mistakes happen, but I was impressed by how quickly Steve responded -- and that he returned himself to fix it. He was friendly and professional throughout and we weren't charged for the fix. I was very pleased with the whole process and would certainly recommend them.

I emailed the company through the Angie's List link and Denise promptly responded. I was able to schedule the appointment within 3 business days with an exact time that the technician was due, as opposed to a 4-hour window. The technican was prompt (he called when he was going to be about 5 minutes late because he got caught at a train crossing), courteous, and professional. He seemed to be very concerned about providing quality service and explained the steps that he would be taking to make sure I understood. I was surprised at how closely he was able to match the existing color; it looks like I have a new tub.

I was impressed as it took only 1 and 1/2 days total to complete the work. They were very prompt, nice and polite as well. Their work made my kitchen and bathroom look brand-new again.

Great. Steve was responsive answering an e-mail within hours of it being sent. He also made follow-up calls as I was out of town on business the week I initially contacted him. He was able to schedule the work quickly. Was at the site on time and ready to work. He completed the work as promised without delays or problems and the quality of the work is very, very good. It is so difficult to find contractors today who will deliver on their commitments. It was a pleasure doing business with Steve and I highly recommend him to others needing tub refinishing.

Steve came promptly, was very nice, completed the job quickly and charged exactly what he told me it would cost. It looks better than I thought it would.

Steve called within a day after I contacted the company by email. We arranged a time for him to look at the existing countertops to provide an estimate. We agreed on a price and a day for the work to begin. When that day arrived, Steve was ontime and ready to begin the job. I love the result. It made a big difference in the way my bathrooms look. The original color was a faded and ugly laminate. Now it looks updated and more modern. The product is durable and doesn't have to be pampered. Can't beat the result for the money spent. Steve was ontime, courteous and professional. No complaints.

Steve spent 5 hours fixing my shower, and only charged me what he estimated the job to be. He guaranteed his work for a year. My shower looks like new. He saved me at least $500. He came out in just a few days after I called. He did a great job!

It looks brand new. He got it all done in 2 days. He was polite and nice to talk to.
