Miracle Method Surface Refinishing

Great Work! Used them years ago for countertops, and recently to refinish a bathtub. Could not be more pleased!

I am writing this review because of the immense integrity of this company. I called them to come out and evaluate my shower. I was having a huge problem with leakage. The person who came was professional, discussed the issue and gave me a quote. I gave him a good faith down payment on the job. However, I called a bit later and requested them to hold because I felt the shower problem was more extensive than I had initially thought. Eventually I had to replace the pipes under the floor of the shower that extended into the den and replace two large windows above the shower. The job took months. All that time this company held my deposit patiently waiting for me to make a decision. I decided not to continue with them after all the leaking was repaired. I called them an requested a refund of my deposit and without question or hesitation I received my refund in the mail. I consider this company to be honest with sterling integrity. It very difficult these days to find a company with such character.

A tenant in a rental unit belonging to me damaged/cracked the bottom of their bathtub. I had previously hired someone I found on-line?to repair this, but the company was apparently not a real company and was not available to stand behind their work when the damage recurred during the occupancy of the subsequent tenant. The tub was leaking, and this was a two-bedroom one-bathroom unit with an unusable bathtub/shower. I called this company, and because it was an emergency they were able to get someone out the same day to do the work. They injected support material into the gap between the tub and the foundation slab, rebuilt the entire bottom of the tub, matched the surface, and applied a slip-resistant surfacing. The work looked great, the tenant was pleased, and the price was very competitive.

OUTSTANDING. The representative who did the work showed up on time, made sure she understood what I wanted, and got about her business without delay, and with great industry. Be aware that the fumes are significant, so be prepared, If you have respiratory issues, you may wish to arrange for someone to be there in your place, or leave the premises until the job is done. This is a 2 day process. The 3rd day, the fumes are nearly gone, and after that, all you have to do is enjoy the beauty. I did stay onsite for the duration, and I was fine, no lingering issues. And the bathtub and tile are still bright and beautiful after 7 months. I highly recommend this company. Well worth the price.

The were fast, courteous and professional. Somehow a puncture hole appeared in our guest shower enclosure. We called them, arranged a convenient time, they showed up on-time, repaired the damage to the point that unless you absolutely know where the hole was, you can't find it.

Very professional, exactly on time, extremely clean and tidy. The result was beautiful, anda month later we had a slight problem and they cameback and fixedit with no questions and the same professionalism.

Cannot tell where the repair was done except for a slight rise if you run your hand over it. Finish matches perfectly. No leaks, looks amazing. The young man who did the work, Martin, was early and was very knowledgeable. He was very informative and courteous. Kept us informed through his work and made sure we know how to care for the repair. Excellent service!

tThe provider was on time and provided quality service. The provider did the work as indicated. The provider sanded the tub, refinished, and painted the tub. After completion of the work, the tub looked new. I would recommend this company and I will be using this company in the future.

Steve Tague came to our home to see what we wanted done, and show us samples of the finishes. We picked the ones we wanted and he gave us a quote that was reasonable, so we signed on the dotted line. Had the work scheduled for the next week, and the crew showed up on time Monday morning and went right to work. They never stopped, and had the kitchen counters mostly completed that day, came back same time on Tuesday and finished up the remaining work around 2:30 pm. They did a great job, and we are very pleased with the results. They were very professional, and cleaned everything up when they left both days, except for the masking that was still necessary for the next day. They answered all of our questions, and left us with their a small bottle of cleaning solution to use. This is a wonderful alternative to spending thousands of dollars replacing counters, tubs or tile. They also can do vanities, but I like the way mine looks, so didn't have that refinished. If I ever do want to change it, I will call Miracle Method again, and have no problem recommending them for this type of work. I would advise anyone having work done in the kitchen to be sure you get out whatever you will need for the next day, because all of our cabinets, appliances, sink and the half of the kitchen not having work done were sealed in plastic, and the bathroom sink was usable, but the rest was sealed up. This is a minor inconvenience, but less of one if you are prepared for it. Excellent job done, and beautiful results! We are very happy with Miracle Method.

It went well they also added a textrue to the bottom of the tub so our toddler would not slip when in the bathtub. They did a great job, they were throrough in thier work and telling us how to take care of the new fiberglass bottom of the tub. they did a great job blending the new fiberglass into the rest of the old fiberglass tub and the color matched perfectly.

We were very pleased with the work provided. The person who did the work was on time and worked until the end of the day to complete the job on time. Our only concern was that there were several places where the paint was peeled from the wall as a result of the tape. This was our second time using this company and we would use them again.

I was pleased with what they did. They did a good job. I had no problems with them or the work.

The owner was very helpful. The usual type hiccups with an older house but he was reasonable and any issues were resolved timely and pleasantly. It looks better than I could have imagined!

I was preparing a home to sell it and they came out probably within a few weeks after I purchased the “Big Deal” and the service turned out perfectly. They technician that came out was very professional and did a really good job. He was clean in the area where he did it. It took several hours to do the process because it had to be done in layers and the finish product was very good. There was nothing negative about the result and I was very pleased with the result. They were very helpful in scheduling the service and completing it as we scheduled it.

The company guy came, talked about his great product then quoted a ridiculuos figure. The $99 coupon is just bait. I asked Angies List for a refund ASAP. ASk them to quote a final figure for a standard size bathtub in advance before u waste your time on them.

I am very pleased with the quality of the service, the speed and the price.

There were two workers who arrived about 9:00a.m. I was told that it would probably take all day. They worked diligently except for short breaks to allow the finish to dry and lunch. They were finished around 5:00p.m. I was told to not walk on the floor for 3 days and given instructions on cleaning the services. I have been very pleased with the work. I would definitely recommend this method for someone who does not want to pay for a total renovation, but just to freshen and modernize a bathroom or kitchen.

They came and refinished two old tubs. I wanted to keep these beautiful old tubs, but they were pretty beat up. In addition, I had the resurfacing done on the tile around one of the tubs and the tile floor. It is a very easy way to give your bath a makeover! The workmanship was very good, and they taped and prepped everything so thoroughly that there was no mess at all! The only problem that I had was that the soap dish did not stay coated, but they came back and fixed it. Good product! Tubs look brand new
