They came within hours of first contact. They had to dig to find the lids to the two tanks (one is a pump tank). It turned out that the effluent pump needed to be replaced. They then subbed it out to another crew who did a god jobA little pricey, but I am pleased with the quality.

They just did a good job and they were correct.

We recently purchased a trailer in the country for my son. After closing we were unable to get water from the well to the trailer. We initially called a plumber used by the previous owners and was told the pump appeared to be cracked. Harding Plumbing was the first to respond to my calls for well pump expertise. Brian came out but his truck broke down on the way (thus the "B" rating on punctuality). Initially he thought the pump only needed priming, but when he primed the pump he found the leak. He recommended replacing the jet pump we had with a submergeable pump. I expected Zack to come out around 9:30 the next morning to perform the work. At 10:30 I called the office to get status (again, the "B" rating on punctuality). Ronnie told me Zack was coming from Macon and would call me when he's about 30 minutes out from the trailer. Zack did indeed call me. When I arrived he already had the pump in and told me we would have water in about hour. I asked him to please check the plumbing under the trailer and inside because we had looked at the plumbing but since we did not have water we were not sure of the condition. He found several leaks under the trailer which he fixed, made sure the hot water heater was working, checked pluming inside the trailer (toilets, sinks, etc.). I was extremely pleased with both crews (Brian's & Zack's) and would definitely use them again. Both explained what they were doing and why. And, since I run a business of my own I certainly understand delays in schedule. My only suggestion would be to keep the customer better informed of the delays so that the customer can plan accordingly. To emphasize the wonderful attitude Zack had - this is an older double-wide trailer situated on a decent crawlspace (dirt, but not terribly cramped). However, the previous owners were elderly and their family had moved them out last year. There were numerous cobwebs under the trailer (many of which we had knocked down because we had already been under the trailer) and the inside was really dirty and smelly. Zack had absolutely no qualms about going the extra mile to make sure water was running properly through the trailer.

They did a fantastic job for me. Did a great job. When I needed it they came. They cleaned up everything afterwards. They did a great job, pumped it out, climbed down in there, cleaned it out. I was having fun watching this. They were very pleasant. The job went very smoothly. Their attitudes were good, they had a nice clean truck. You don't want your crap truck coming back dirty. They had uniforms on. They were prompt. They gave me a real quote. I had gotten some other quotes and they were less expensive. But after questioning them, when they would have been done with the job it would have been more expensive. They were more upfront than the other companies.

They have done an amazing job getting out there fast and fixing the issue! I definitely recommend them!

They are very responsive to whenever I would call. They are prompt and do the right work. They are reasonably priced. The plumbers were very good. The scheduling was good.

I had to call them twice for two different problems. The first call was to replace a bolt on the underside of my toilet. I called them in the morning and they came out that morning. Very professional and performed the work speedily and completely. The second time I had to call them was the next day for a different toilet that had a flapper that was bad. I called them in the morning and they came out early afternoon and was quick and complete. I hired them based solely on reviews on Angie's List and they lived up to their reviews.

I called that morning, they came out and fixed the problem that afternoon! We will call them first if we need anything done with our plumbing.

They responded promptly, correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable cost. This was my third very positive experience with this company and I appreciate their professionalism.

I don't recall any problems . Too long ago to remember details. My last contact was for service. They said they do not do service Work only new installations . This was about ten years ago.

They didn't charge me anything and the toilet was easy to reset so I didn't need them but feel bad because they were so responsive and professional that I absolutely intend to use them for all the plumbing and heating issues on my other 6 houses in the area. I feel fortunate to have found them and turned to them because of their excellent reputation on Angie's List and found it was well deserved and will make up for the free estimate and assessment in the near future.

Don't misunderstand me, please. I'm GRATEFUL that the pump was not burned out or other more serious problems weren't the cause. But Brian and Danny were here no more than 15 minutes from drive up to drive away...and it took less than two minutes to look at the pump situation in my well house, lift the cover of the switch unit (it sits on top and is not screwed on; it merely sits and covers the relay), tap the points, and the unit was running again and building pressure. The charge of $101.50 is outrageous, however. Absolutely outrageous. The counter argument will be "that's what our service charge is" and they were very close by (McDonough). The rebuttal (if that's what they contend) has NO MERIT and 'just because that's what we always do' does NOT make it right, fair, equitable, or remotely sensible. My suggestion, if you want to keep customers, is to moderate a charge for a situation like this and make it even halfway reasonable. Again, I'm GRATEFUL for the quick fix that involved NO parts and NO labor -- but the charge is obscene. I will NOT be having them back out again if this is the way they do business.

Due to manufacturer miss labeling water lines, I had to have them come back the next day to switch hot and cold water lines.

The gentlemen of Harding Plumbing have helped us for many years with our plumbing / septic problems. They have always been quick to respond to our call and treated us very nicely with quality service and advice. My wife and I would highly recommend anyone in their service area to compare Harding's hours and pricing. You will discover, as we did, that Harding is available at times that other companies refuse to work and their pricing has always been more reasonable than others. Harding has a long established history in the McDonough/Henry County area and has always supported the community. We believe anyone needing the service of a superior company, like Harding Plumbing, will be very satisfied doing business with them.

They arrived within an hour of my call. They were very friendly and professional. When you need your septic tank emptied because it's full and ready to back up into the house - call them - they'll be there!

They did not provide any estimate before starting the job. After completing the job what they charged us was much higher then my estimate.

I called Harding Plumbing at around 9:30am and they transferred me to Jack after I explained that I had a issue with the AC unit at our rental property. I spoke with Jack who was very friendly and gave him all the information he needed and he said he would give our tenant a call and check it out. I had a message from Jack around 3pm this afternoon saying he had been by our rental property fixed the problem and the AC was up and running again. This is our 2nd time using Harding Plumbing and we have been very pleased both times.

I contacted two companies (after hours) with one being Harding Plumbing. The very next morning, I received a call from Harding Plumbing (other company never called me) and that day they sent someone to my home. After inspecting the problem, he gave me an estimate of what it would cost to install the new vent, which was much lower than what I anticipated. He also told me that the vent piping I had was not a hazard and did not need to be replaced or pulled down from the ceiling. He said I could go ahead and get the replacement or do the pull down but what I had already was good and fully functional and not a problem. I was so relieved especially since the vent piping had been working just fine for as long as I have owned my home (since 2002) . He said it was more than likely a code change, but overall the vent was fine and that a lot of homes have it. I'm writing this review because of the professionalism and honesty I found in working with Harding. The fact that they responded in a timely manner, sent someone out the same day and then provided an HONEST assessment of the situation along with options just blew me over. I would absolutely use them again in the future and recommend them to my friends and family, which coming from someone who grades h****** customer service, speaks volumes.

The shower faucet quit working. The Valve stem was strippied and had to be replaced. I called Harding Plumbing and they sent someone out that day. They called before they arrived and were professional. They replaced the part and put on new handles. I have used this company for many years and have always received prompt, quality service. I have recommended them to my neighbors and have no problem recommending them on this site.
