Very smooth process, excellent work, system has been running for 1 month and doing great. They were the low estimate for a Rheem system and came through as professionally as I could ask for. Would hire again and give references to my neighbors.

They are good! Most of the time they are on time. They are very friendly and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Will was courteous, knowledgeable, and quick. He explained all possible causes of problem, and while he said the impacted part would be costly if it had to be replaced, he found an easy fix that prevented that. I had an afternoon appointment, they called when they were on the way, they quickly found my tank and lid. They used a mini backhoe excavator that went through our back yard gate. for what they did, the yard damage was minimal, a 4x4 patch with no grass. they were there for 2 hours and did what i needed.

Brian and his coworker were friendly , courteous, professional and quick. Fixed / replaced innards of 2 toilets in 1/2 hour at what seemed to me a very reasonable price, Feel confident in recommending them and definitely will use them again.

I had an afternoon appointment scheduled to have my septic tank pumped. Harding plumbing had told me upfront that they couldn't give me an exact time, that they would call me when they were on their way. They did call, showed up around 1 pm. they efficiently found my tank. they had a small excavator with which they dug up the lid and they pumped my tank. ~ a 2 hour process. For what they did, the yard/grass damage was minimal. there is a 4 foot by 4 foot grassless area where they dug down to the tank lid. My wife expected them to use tarps to pile the dirt on and for them to gently save and replace the sod. I'm sure they would have done that if I had asked them to, and I would expect that would be an addition charge for the time that would take. I was very happy with the cost. the grass will grow back I did drag the sod out as they dug, they did tamp the dirt back with the excavator. it takes watering and many days for the dirt to get back to normal even if you hire a professional land scape company.

Very Well. The technician was on time and repair went very well. I had no need to call for follow up.

All good, called Thursday afternoon, was advised would be Friday as they were busy. Chris showed up Friday before noon, very friendly and professional. Repaired leak, advised me of situation, gone in a hour.

I’d been putting off getting my water heater replaced, when it just gave out and I had to call to and have it replaced. It was Saturday and only two companies responded with getting a tech out to my place. Harding and Delta. Delta arrived first and quoted me close to $1800. Danny from Harding came in at $1170. Nothing against Delta, but I gotta go with the low bid. Danny was professional, got right to work and finished quickly. He took the time to show me the work, explained everything and told me not to hesitate to call if I had any problems. They are local in Henry County and I was very pleased with the experience and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing.

It came out good. Everything worked out fine. I would use them again.

No issues. Explained work prior to completion and summarized when finished. Proactive with questions. Gave references for filter purchases.

I paid the extra amount per year. They changed the filter. If we need help, we would definitely call them. They just came out, checked it out and changed the filter and they were done. They were very nice.

They were great. It was a great price. I am not sure if that is the exact amount as it has been years. They had it done in one day. They were professional. They were fast, got the work done, no hassle and the price was fair. They took the old furnace out. My experience was great. They came out and fixed the problem.

They are very nice. They kind of followed through. I did have an issue, oh they did replace our hot water heater about 6 months ago. I'd give them an "A" overall.

I call them whenever we have a plumbing problem and they show up. They've even shown up on the 4th of July. We had to have all our pipes replaced in our house; they did that. They're amazing. They're reasonably priced and they'll show up. They'll do anything. I give them an A on everything. Anybody that shows up on the 4th of July when we have company in the house is an A. They're the only ones I use. We've been using them for probably thirty years.

It could not have gone better. They responded within an hour of being called and finished all the work in 3 hours.

He arrived promptly, solved my problem quickly and efficiently, and the cost was very reasonable.

First time, you could think that it was OK and problem solved (tenant complaining about toilet not flushing properly and bubble noise in the bath tub). But then..... not so well.... I do understand that it is not so nice to be called again to fix the same problem at the same property, but you are supposed to remain friendly and courteous on the phone ! And finally, I had to call another company, because the problem had not been solved at all..... Maybe that they are not sufficiently equipped ?

They do an good job. I call them all the time. Very competitive prices.
