Prompt polite response, brought everything they needed, replaced all parts, cleaned up, took old wh away. Very professional, quick...all in less than 1.5 hrs. Would use them again in a heart beat. Win-Win. Yeah!

+ 0 morethey came out quickly to help when my airconditioning unit stopped working. the tech took time to show me where the condencer had melted and explained my options to me. he was very compasionate in explaining it could not be repaired and finding a unit that would fit my budget. They arrived the next morning to complete my install and were very professional. they cleaned up after themselves too. I was very impressed with their professionalism and how they handled things quickly and didn't try to push the most expensive model at me or replace the furnace portion as it was fully functional. They are the only company i will be calling if my other two units cause me trouble.

+ -1 moreWent to Lowe's and bough a new garbage disposal because mine was leaking and need to be replaced. It was builder's grade and a little over 10 years old. I was going to do it myself but decided to have a pro install it because honestly, I don't do well with plumbing projects. I used Harding several years earlier when a water line froze and busted on my side of the meter. I remembered how honest, trustworthy and professional the guy from Harding was... so I decided to use them again. I didn't even bother calling anyone else. I knew I would get a fair and honest price the first time. Called and spoke to a fella named Ronnie. He sent two guys out. I didn't catch their names but they were both very nice and professional and got the job done in about 20 minutes. They even took the old disposer away for me. I really like Harding... they are honest and will give you a fair price. I will most definitely use them in the future.

They were in and out in no time and repaired everything for a very low cost. What I really liked was the fact that they took the time to explain to me how to repair some of the faucets myself. His patience in teaching me and his knowledge were so awesome. What a gem! I'd use them again in a minute!

+ 0 moreBecause he didn't use this opportunity to make a quick buck by performing unnecessary repairs to my A/C unit, I feel like Harding is someone I can trust. I will be using them in the future, if needed.
Description of Work: I contacted Harding because I felt there was too much condensation dripping from the pipe into my back yard. I was concerned something may be wrong with my A/C unit. But he explained to me that it could drip up to 10 gals. of water per day. He said as long as my unit was cooling and otherwise working well, he didn't believe there was a problem. He offered to run the pipe away from my house but I told him that wasn't necessary. I could do that work.

Description of Work: Troubleshot issue, the circuit breaker for the AC system kept tripping. They replaced condenser fan (fan motor was bad), and they replaced the start capacitor. I called them first thing in morning and they arrived within 1hr. Very professional, friendly, and gave me a 1yr warranty on parts and labor. Technician topped off refrigerant and didn't charge me extra. I have used Harding Plumbing Heating and Air in the past as well for other AC issues and to replace my water heater. They are always prompt and dependable, detail oriented. I highly recommend Harding!

Septic was pumped out and clearance letter received without incident. This is in contrast to OTHER septic providers in the past where we were ripped off with surprise charges after they had dug up the septic tank, so to deal with a company like Harding was a pleasure!

+ -1 moreDaniel West did an excellant job. Very friendly, polite, and professional. He took no short cuts. He was here over two hours. Checked the unit in attic and outside unit thoroughly. Cleaned debri from middle of outside unit. Used chemical cleaner and water hose to clean outside coil. Also checked out the furnace and put in a new air filter on the unit. The Annual Maintenance agreement includes two visits. One in the spring and another visit in the fall. We feel this was money well spent and would recommend Harding Plumbing & Supply, Inc.- Heating & Cooling Company. We will be usiing them for any future problems.
Description of Work: We had them come out for an A/C service check (and bought the Annual Maintenance agreement). A young cleancut man,(Daniel West), came out promptly and examined our unit for any problems.

+ 0 moreI e-mailed Jack Harding to ask if he could help us out because we did not have any water. Did not expect a reply on the Holiday, but had my fingers crossed because he's just a very nice person. He got back to me in about 30 minutes and said he'd have someone out after lunch time. I went out to run some errands and got back around 11:45 . . . they were ALREADY working on the problem. Had it fixed in less than an hour and we have had no further problems. This is the third time we've used them in the last few months and they are just FANTASTIC. It's like dealing with your neighbor.
Description of Work: They came out on about 1 hours notice, on Memorial Day, to fix the pump/switch to get our well water flowing again.

Their price of $101.50 for a timed period of fifteen minutes from arrival to departure was, I thought, excessive. I did not see, until today (5-5-14) the company's response saying they'd be happy to work with me to determine a fair price for fifteen minutes' work, which was all I ever wanted. They made no effort to contact me and I had no idea they'd respond to my evaluation....so it was a hollow gesture on their part. I'm not one of those chronic complainers and have written some excellent reviews in the past, nor do I think services should be provided without fair compensation. But when there's no labor and no parts, along with fifteen minutes of time, it seems very poor business to tag someone with a charge like this. I've been in business - and I would have said, "Our normal charge is $101.50 for a call like this, but since we had very little to do, we'll make it $70 (or some other equitable amount) if that seems fair to you." Any sort of goodwill gesture based on the situation would have been welcomed and would have been good business.

+ -1 moreI live in a house on a slab and had a water leak coming from somewhere. It wasn't a leak that happened all the time... it was occasional. I called and set an appointment. The guys came out on time. Once at my house, they introduced themselves, were very professional, explained everything, and answered every question I asked. I showed them the leak and to work they went. Because the water was coming from in the wall, a hole had to be cut. The hole was cut very nice with sharp right angles which made it very easy for me to repair. They notified me before making the first cute that they don't repair an holes they have to cut into the wall. I was ok with that. Once in the wall, they identified the leak immediately. 45 mins later the job was complete and they were out of there. No mess was left behind or anything. Very awesome work, quick, and for a great price. Thank you very much Rob & Danny at Harding Plumbing. Rob was a very sharp individual that I would want doing my plumbing repairs again that's for sure!

When the owner came back to town, he wrote me a check right away. They did everything else right, but I couldn't say it was all great, because the people who work there were not familiar with the big deal coupons, but the owner made it right. The service was great, and everything was great. I was impressed that the owner called me when there was a confusion about using the coupon.
