Tech came and discover problem was just a fuse; Quickly replaced.

1. Water heater went out on Sunday. I contacted them via the Angies messager and they came out the next day and swapped it out.. It was smooth and easy... $1200 2 Well pump switch was going in and out. I called them on Moday morning and they were here at 1pm. The guy switched it out and it has been great ever since.. $150 3. My heat pump was blowing cold air. I contacted them via the Angies messenger and they were out the next morning. The Tech changed out a switch and the HP was blowing heat again. All seemed fine but when the temp got below 38 my HP is supposed to switch to furnace and it was not and I had to do it manually. I called harding and they sent the tech back out and he found that the new switch was not jiving with my circuit board and he changed it to a new switch (at no charge). It has been working perfectly ever since. $168 In short. Good service.. good price.. trustworthy

I have a really good relationship with them. They also do plumbing. I've used them for both. I have a maintenance plan with them. So I have an ongoing relationship. They're very dependable, courteous, quick and efficient. They have been very helpful. I'm happy with what they've done. Their customer service is very good. Their prices aren't cheap, but they're reasonable. Their maintenance plan is $150. For that I get two visits from them. They always change the filter, which is a big deal for me because it's up in my attic and it's hard to get to. They vacuum around the furnace and stuff. You can program the thermostat. I was having some issues with that. He took the time out to help me with that. The last visit was phenomenal because I said that in my room, it was making a sound and it was a strange sound. He went in and he bent the vents where the air comes out and made it not make any sound any more. He did things like that that was above and beyond. They've always been on time. I felt safe. I felt like they knew what they were doing, especially this last guy with the sounds. He unscrewed one and turned it the other way so that it would heat the room better.

It worked. They had to come out twice. They diagnosed and then they came the next day and fixed it early. So, finding out the leak and then they turned off the water and came immediately the next day. They only turned it off in the area of the leak. It was from the outside faucet. It was fairly close to the outside. It wasn't a major leak. It was leaking outside, I wasn't getting the leak inside, fortunately.

Woke up on Sunday and realized our hot water heater was out AGAIN. (NEVER buy a Bradford White water heater we went through 2 in 4.5 years) We looked @ Home Depot and found that their price + install was ok but you don't get a choice of installer. Looked on Angieslist and found Harding. I contacted them via Angies messenger and within a hour we had set up a appointment for Monday. They had the brand I trust (Rheem) and the price was as low as Home Depot's. The installer (very nice guy) was on time and did the job quickly. They had to add the code required "expansion tank" + a new ball valve and do some pipework to fit it in my setup. All in all, it was a good experience.

Called plumber-they came out rather quickly and were punctual. However, the professionalism stops there. Royal Flush plumbing co had already been out to our home-free of charge-to diagnose the water leak from our master bath. Royal Flush didn't charge us a dime for this. However, we wanted a second opinion as the nature of the leak caused severe damage to our carpets and sheet rock We generally have used G Force Plumbing who also has never charged us for estimates-ever- but the gentleman whom we've always used has retired-too bad! Harris Plumbing also gives free estimates. I mention this because Harding "DOES" charge for an estimate and DID NOT divulge this information up front. Anyway. The plumbers arrive and are in our home for about 15 minutes (if that) and reconfirm what Royal Flush had told us. They didn't perform any work whatsoever. The next thing I know, we're being told our bill is-get this- FOR $99.00 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. What a RIP-OFF! The owner wasn't present but I did speak to a woman who proceeded to give me all the reasons-gas-time-company's insurance costs etc. to justify this charge. I have been a homeowner for 30 years and within that time frame, using different plumbers for various needs, I (we) have never bees charged something so exorbitant. I will NEVER use this company for anything and I will tell all my friends not to use them as well.

I called around 11:30 a .m.and they had someone out to my home before 2. Robert and Kyle were professional and efficient. They tried to revive my old disposal but we had waited too long to get it serviced. I weighed the options of going to a home improvement store and buying one to have them install or buying it from them. I chose the latter. The disposal was brought to my home in less than 15 minutes from the request and they were finished and leaving about 3 p.m.

Well, they were prompt and professional.

Their cost of service varies with what they do. I pay a thing for them to come out twice a year to do my service and stuff . I had some water leaks they fixed about a month and a half ago. I like them; they are very nice people.

Harding tried to repair my air conditioner but failed to do so with numerous visits. They replaced one part at a time so numerous visits were required. By the way..You will be charged for the extra visits. Finally I ended up calling a company that specializes in heating and air. They repaired the air conditioner in one visit. My only regret was that I called Harding Plumbing 1st.

On time arrival professional job for a fair price I highly recommend

As I was moving into my new house in McDonough I noticed a few minor issues that needed to be fixed. I called Harding and requested a technician who could handle both a/c and plumbing repairs. A pleasant & knowledgeable man was at my front door in less than 1 hour. He completed the repairs quickly and answered all my questions. I would definitely hire Harding again.

He ended up changing 4/5 parts in 2 bathrooms.

I called Harding and they transferred me to the appropriate department. I was greeted by Ronnie who was friendly and understanding as to the urgency of the situation. He told me they would be out to our house as soon as they could but it would be the same day. They had the crew out within two hours and they didn't leave until the job was finished. The two crew members were friendly, considerate and very professional. They did the job and for the price they quoted, which was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I am not easily impressed.

prompt and courteous response to emergency call on weekend for leak in my new home. I have used these folks before and cannot say enough good things. Not only will ALWAYS use them in the future, but will refer all my friends and neighbors.

Made contact with Harding Plumbing Mon at closing time, made appointment for septic work for Tues. Harding called first thing Tues morning to advise I was second call and they would be out between mid morning and noon. The driver, Henry, called and said he was on the way, they arrived before ten. We discussed the situation and he advised pumping the tank would most likely correct the field problem. After locating the tank, I removed a fence post for access to the area. Henry was very careful to not damage any of the plants and fence that was in close proximity to the tank. He had to reposition the excavator a few times to insure the least disturbance of the plants. The tank was full and they proceeded to pump out the tank and clean the inside very thoroughly. After the pumping was done Henry did an excellent job of filling, leveling and tamping the large hole. With minimal work my wife had the area looking as good as before the job, except for the lack of grass. Henry and Kyle were very professional and explained what needed to be done. The total job took about an hour and a half. I am very satisfied with the work and will call Harding Plumbing for any future work.

It was good service. They were punctual. They showed up on time and they did a good job. It took about two hours, maybe less. Scheduling was easy. I called, they called me back and they worked me in the very next day.

Great experience with Harding. I just wish the pricing was less expensive.

We've been using Harding Plumbing for years. They always do a good job. We used an Angie's List coupon and the technician installed the new water heater and took the old one away. Very happy.

I called them for a problem with my rental house, they went out that day and fixed the problem the next day. They were half the price of the comercialized plumbers you see on TV. I will definately use them again.
