The technician arrived on time, and was quick in the repair. I would recommend Hardy Plumbing to my friends without any problem.

I thought the water leak was coming from the ac unit, I called harding plumbing and ac. He told me 85 dollar charge to check it out . They called me after going to the house and told me they ran a temporary line to bypassa the under slab leak. A qoute for $1290 came a couple days later. I could not afford that at the time so was getting other qoutes and considering doing myself. a week later I recieved a bill for an additional $385.00 . I ok'd the 85 dollar charged but never ok'd the additional $385 and was not told before the temp line was run of what the cost was. So basically they ran a hose from the meter to the house above ground before giving me a qoute and now want 465 for the job. 385 + 80 original charge. After deciding to do myself I discovered there was no under slab break it was where the water line came up through slab. Cost me $26.00 to fix. I was also told I still had the defective blue pipe from the late 1980,s but that had also already been replaced. When I called and spoke to Harding Plumbing they told me he was happy I was able to repair it so cheap but no apology for there mis-diagnosis.

I do like the service that they provided. They came out a few times to make sure the issue was resolved. I will be using them soon for our septic tank.

As usual it was done quick and easy. They were reasonable and very nice people. I’ve used them several times before and they are very reliable. They are very knowledgeable and they know what they are actually doing. I hope I don’t have to use them again, but if I need a plumber, I will use their services again in the future.

They did a fine job. The gentleman who came out to our house was very nice. He was very polite and very helpful. The price was a little high for what they did, but it was done promptly. They were here for just a few minutes to fix the leak. They did the job and moved on.

We found them on the phone book. My wife took care of the work. Everything was good, and the work was great. There wasn’t anything special or bad about them.

When we moved in, four of the seven sinks began leaking from either the drain or the water feed connections within the first six weeks. Most were simply a case of properly tightening the collars on the connector, but still, it did the cabinetry no good. Three years ago, water began to pour down into my dining room ceiling from the master bath above. We called another plumber to open the ceiling and he found that the one of the feed lines to the bathtub was defective. Harding's employees had installed a piece of PVC feed pipe that had been sawed 90% of the way through. I observed the plumber that repaired the damage, and his actions could not have caused the damage to the pipe. It was installed cut almost to the interior surface. I cannot express the disgust I feel when I look at that piece of pipe, which I have kept to show anyone that tells me they're considering using Harding Plumbing. Their actions amount to deliberate sabotage in my book. It may have taken years for that pipe to fail, but it was a ticking time bomb and a particularly offensive and potentially costly one as we have hardwood floors throughout our home. It is a miracle I didn't come home one day to find the entire lower floor flooded, and our dining room furniture and hardwood floors ruined. Nobody from Harding will ever set foot on my property again.

They are excellent. They were prompt in their service. The price was a little high.

I had that horrible "gray poly-pipe" that was put in when my house was built. A pipe burst inside a bathroom wall causing lots of water on the floor in several rooms and hall. My neighbor referred Harding Plumbing, Heating and Air. I called them and they repaired the burst pipe. I asked them if it was possible to put in all new plumbing and not use the "poly-pipe" any longer. They said they could do this which delighted me. They arrived, on time, the morning of the "replumb" date and completed the job that same day. My water pipes now are in the attic rather than under a slab. They put insulation around each pipe and new (in different places) outside spigots. They did a Terrific Job and did not leave a mess from materials or drywall. The day they did the "replumb" I noticed my AC condenser was titling a little on it's pad. I asked the guys about this and they put in a new pad that same day. The problem was the original concrete pad had cracked in six places. It had been there 24 years! They put in a new hot water heater b/c I didn't like the one I had. They come out twice a year to check my Heating and AC unit and keep it running Super. All the work they have done is excellent. The Hardings and their employees are So Nice. They arrive, for the job, when they say they will and their prices are more than reasonable. They are the Best people, do the Best work and have the Best prices. I've used Harding for plumbing services twice now - the first in August 2010 and again in June 2011. The first time we called them out regarding the pipes shaking and vibrating when we turned the faucets on in the back of the house. The technician came out and was very polite and professional, diagnosed the problem, ran to get some parts, installed them and was done in about 2 hours. The total bill for the August 2010 trip was only about $150, including parts and labor. The pipes were fine for several months, but then began to act up again this spring. Also, our house had old shower arms coming from the water pipe in the wall that wouldn't allow the installation of a new shower head. Rather than running the risk of potentially twisting the copper pipes inside the wall ourselves, we decided to call a professional. Each time we call Harding, they are always very prompt at scheduling a technician to come to our house. We actually had the same technician as before, who was polite and professional again. He made me feel a bit silly because he had the whole shower project done in 10 minutes flat. When I mentioned the pipes shaking again, he looked at them and didn't really do anything about it other than say it must be a pressure problem coming from the main pipe or something of the sorts. He was done in 15 mintues. No joke - I have the invoice where he wrote his arrival and departure time. And when I asked him how much I owed him, he told me $101.50. I laughed at first thinking he was kidding. Then realized he wasn't. I was definitely surprised by the difference in the service from August to now. We had already purchased the new arm, plumbers tape and shower head and had it all waiting for the technician, so there wasn't even any parts charges for this bill. Maybe the difference is that my husband and his dad were also home for the first visit and it was just myself and a 2 yo for this visit? At any rate - there are many other plumbers in the area and with rates that high, I believe I'll try another one the next time!

I was disappointed, the gentleman came out late the afternoon I called. I had told him that the previous guy to look at my hot water heater said the pressure was 45 psi and could not find anything wrong. So when the technician from Harding Plumbing came out the water heater was not knocking and of course and nothing I did would make it knock. He called back to the office and they were going to charge me $106.00 for the visit. The technician hung around a little longer when the hot water heater started knocking. He put the pressure gauge on it and it registered about 100 psi. The tech installed a new pressure valve. Charged me $210.00 and gave me credit for a now $53 visit. Additionally, because of a faulty part on my Hot water heater, the longer I ran the hot water the higher the pressure went even with the new valve. The technician advised me to call the manufacturer which I did and they sent me a new part because it was still under warranty. So long story short, the work done did not need done and I still have to get the part put on the water heater. The technician was very nice and I knew he felt a little bad but dollars are short and the fact that the the visit without work was twice as expensive as what they gave me credit for when they ended up doing the work was upsetting to me.

I am really pleased with the work they did. They were honest and saved me money.

We just bought a house and knew the septic system had never in twenty-two years been serviced. We called a couple of companies and settled on Harding Plumbing. We called in the late afternoon and Henry came out the very next morning! We didn't know where the tank was and went to the county to get the drawing the day before. The drawing was wrong by a few feet. This was frustrating for us, but Henry was very cool about it and began searching. He found it very soon. He got right to work and did not hesitate to answer any and all questions. He explained that our system was perfectly fine and gave us peace of mind by explaining how it all works. Even though the tank really did not need pumping we requested it anyway just to have it on record for the next time we move. He was very careful about the digging which was in a pretty tight spot . He put the dirt back as best anyone could do considering the location (right in front of the front door on one side and my beautiful landscaping immediately on the other). The neighbors were impressed! HA! I would definitely call this company again if needed and will most definitely request Henry.

One person came out and he had supposedly fixed it. Another person came out after about two calls, and it was fixed again and it lasted for about three weeks. However, it has started leaking again. The work was good at first, but I'm having the problem again. I give them low marks for professionalism; the guy left without saying goodbye. He just walked out and I didn't know what was going on. I will not use them again in the future.

Although they were punctual and professional, they could not find the leak and reported that it was thought to be from the bottom of the tank. Suggested to have a person who specializes in french drains and have them look for the water source. Although they could not fix the issue they looked at it the best they could and recommended someone to call.

I was given a 30 min coutesy call prior to my appointment. Scott , arrived exactly the time specified. The price quote was a bit different than what was discussed on the phone, So my husband called the main office and it was quickly cleared up. Overall it was a great service.

Overall, the experience was good. The plumbers were punctual & professional. The price was a bit of a shock because I thought I just had a leaking line, but they told me the water heater needed to be replaced. The plumber informed me that the heater that I had was out-of-date & needed to be upgraded to a new one. After doing some research, I learned that he was correct. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

Scott Sears with Harding was punctual and immediately went to work. The problem was taken care rather quickly so I asked that he look at some other plumbing issues such as toilets that did not operate properly, on of which had to have new rubber stopper. Also, adjusted sink stoppers. I had a corroded tub drain in the basement and needed a replacement. Scott had replacement part delivered to the house and he installed a new drain and cap. Additionally, Scott replaced an overflow tube that was no longer working. The county will be installing new water pipes in the neighborhood, so Scott advised me what problems to look for in the event debris enter the water supply lines. Would contact this firm again should I have need for their services.

The technician showed up on time, was polite and competent, and finished the work quickly. The only thing I can quibble about is the price. It turned out that all that had to be done was to unscrew the broken sprayer head and screw on a replacement head. This took about a minute and the new sprayer head cost less than $5, but I paid $85 for the service call plus the cost of the new sprayer head. I suppose this is fair, and I was told about the service call cost ahead of time. But I would have appreciated being told when I made the appointment that I could make such a simple repair myself. However, I guess I understand that a company is not in business to tell people how to do their own repairs. So I can't really fault the company and I would use their services again. In fact, the house used to belong to my deceased parents and when I made the appointment and gave the address, the guy I was talking to remembered coming to the house several times before. So obviously my parents were satisfied with this company since they had them come out for plumbing services more than once.

I have a very long water line from the street to my house. The ground near the meter at the street was always saturated but my water bill was not really showing any difference in cost so the wet ground was considered to be coming from something else. Once the meter was checked with all water in the house off, the meter was still moving slowly. The man from Harding came out, found the leak almost immediately and had it patched in minutes. Though my water bill wasn't high to begin with, patching the leak did, in fact, lower it by a couple of dollars a month. I'm sure a plumber could have told me the line needed to be cut out and replaced without me knowing the difference but the Harding plumber made the repair and the cost savings was tremendous.

Everything was right on time. Service wasw courteous and it took the service man no time to fix toilet.

I was very pleased with them. I told that if we had any other problems with plumbing or heating we would use them. They didn't charge me any emergency rush fees. He did it and the cost was minimal. He told us what it was and had the part with him. They will be doing plumbing work in our basement in the future.
