They were able to identify the problem and repair my hot water heater

We have used Harding Plumbing several times. They have always provided us prompt and good service. In this occasion, we called Harding Plumbing because the gas furnace on our rental property was not working. They went and checked the furnace and found out that the hot surface ignitor was not working. They called us to let us know what the problem was and asked for authorization to replace the ignitor. After they replaced the ignitor, the furnace worked right away and we had a happy renter.

I wasn’t happy the last couple of times. I thought they were tacking on extra charges.

They are quick, efficient and professional. We did not have to pay as someone else broke the sink so I cannot comment on price.

Very prompt and thorough although did not hear back regarding estimates for the more extensive job.

They just came and flipped a switch.

So far from what I've seen it's been good.

Excellent customer service, which is hard to find these days. Prompt, curtious and professional. Recently had tile work done in shower area which caused leak in shower wall. I called early in the day and received same day service, which was not expected. The plumber showed up, was pleasant, showed me exactly where the problem was then quickly fixed the problem. I asked him to crawl under house to make sure no other leak, which he did without complaint. Highly recommend.

I bought a new shower head and could not get the old one off! I have a very old shower fixture. The pipe had to be replaced and I did not feel I could do it. Scott took care of it in minutes and I have no worries. Things could not have gone better.

The work turned out ok. It took them a month, but they did get it done. I had to keep calling them back over the month until I got a hold of a manager. They were charging me and I still didn't have working air, but they did come back out to complete the work. They put freon in and that didn't work so they returned and said there was nothing wrong. They later came back and tore out a wall to replace the AC and are now saying that it is my responsibility to get the wall replaced. I am trying to get in contact with them to have them replace the wall. They took my door with them and I have a big open hole in my wall with the AC sitting in it. I am pleased with the work they did even though they took a month, but I am not pleased with them telling me it's my responsibility to replace the wall.

They were excellent. They were very responsive, and they gave extra customer service. There was a minor part that was needed, and they had to go back to their shop to get it and install it. They did not even charge me for it; it was wonderful. They even took their shoes off before coming into their house; I thought it was very considerate.

I am very happy with the work preformed.

Our AC was making some interesting noises. I called Harding and they said they would put me on the schedule to have someone come out that afternoon. Allen arrived at about 3:45 and was finished servicing the AC unit in approximately 30 minutes. Allen was very courteous and made sure the house was cooling off before he left.

Professional from start to finish. They told me over the phone what they thought it was, called before they came, and showed up on time. It was exactly what they thought at the price they said it would be. I will definitely keep their number for future needs.

OK. Could not understand why they did not have better more up to date equipment to locate tank.

Overall the job was professionally done and they had only a small charge for checking the septic tank, since it turned out the septic tank was in good condition.

He arrived promptly and went straight to work. He knew what to look for and was out of here in least than 45 min.

I have a contract with Hardings now to check my heating and A/C. They are a local business, and I like to use local people if I can. When I first called, they were here within an hour. I've had other companies come, and give me a song and dance about my problems, and try to sell me more stuff. Hardings didn't do that at all. I am really happy with them, and will continue with them.

Harding Plumbing came on site and provided one of three written bids -- our overall impression was favorable, we selected another contractor who provided a more competitive price.

Their price was good. Their punctuality was good as well. I will use them again in the future if I need to.

They actually didn’t do any work but they came out and advised us that we really didn’t need their service. They were pretty honest. I really didn’t talk to them. My husband talked to them. He was very pleased with them. He said he planned on using them again. They charged the fee for coming out. I think it was $150. They did a little bit of work and didn’t charge us. Their responsiveness was very good.

Needed a good fair plumber that I can put on my "only call them list". Checked Angie's List for a plumber in my area. Harding had pretty good reviews and a few in my opinion that customers posted unfairly. They also have a A+ accredited rating with the BBB with no complaints in the last 3 years. Spoke with Mr. Harding yesterday and the tech was here first thing this morning. My tech Scott was punctual, professional, and personable. He took it upon himself to take his boots off upon entering the house. Once I showed him the issues he went straight to work and knocked it out quickly. The price was very reasonable for the small job performed. Thanks Scott and customers give Harding Plumbing a chance.
