Description of Work: Had a problem with the upstairs furnace. Called Harding and they came the next day at the scheduled time. The service man found a dead bird in the furnace, removed it and that was the issue. I have used Harding in the past ans will again in the future for both Heat and air, and plumbing.

Description of Work: Opened septic tank, looked in, closed septic tank. Reported everything looked fine.

Description of Work: Household sewer line was slow. Called them to pump the septic tank. They determined the tank did not need pumping but found a blockage in the household drain line right before the tank. They cleared the line and charge half the cost of pumping the tank.

Description of Work: They do a great job. I had to have an 80 gallon water heater replaced. They came out and checked for other possible causes for the water leak and for fixable options with my existing water heater before finding my heater was cracked and beyond repair. I appreciated the extra effort to save us money instead of suggesting the most expensive fix first without checking other options. They give a worst case estimate over the phone before they come out so you know what to expect and aren't holding your breath wondering how much it might be. The best part was the plumber called for someone to bring out an 80 gallon heater and it arrived in under an hour! The entire replacement was completed in just a few hours. I have used this company in the past and will continue to use them. They are professional and do a good job.

Description of Work: After 9 years our ac/heat pump wasn't really working anymore. Harding came out and tried to fix it, and had been doing well through the maintainance plan they have. But finally the cheap thing we got thru Sears just wasn't cutting it anymore. They put in a new system same day! Unseasonable highs resulted in busy days for them yet they managed to get our old system out and the new one in in less than 3 hours which included time to go get it and bring the new one back. These guys really deliver consistently. Been using them for years for our plumbing needs and now for all our heating and cooling stuff as well. They have a very good service agreement to come out twice a year and take care of your filters,coolant etc, regardless of if they sold it to you or not. Saved us a couple times on the old one.
