I called three home inspection companies. The first company kept me on hold forever, so I hung up. The second was a professional, but I felt like they were giving me a sales pitch. Avalon was my last call. While speaking to customer service, I immediately knew I wanted to schedule with them. Tyler and Dylan were my home inspectors, and they were very professional. They were incredibly detailed, friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt they had my best interest. I would use them again, and I highly recommend anyone to use their service.

Perfect. Greg Dennis the inspector did a great job. Arrived on time, did a thorough inspection and report of findings, and since I was there during the inspection, kept me well informed as he went and answered all my questions.

Joe Kelley the inspector was great. I arrived as directed about an hour after he did. He quickly got me up to speed on what he had already done and showed me pictures of a few concerns. I was then able to look around some more as he finished up, and he saved what I had noted as my biggest area of concern prior to the inspection to last so he could spend as much time as needed and walk me through what he was doing and looking for. Having dealt with a bad inspector on the selling of my property where everything was over exaggerated, and building codes were misquoted, it was wonderful to have a knowledgeable, unbiased inspector stick to the facts. He told me the bad, and the good, and only gave opinion when I asked for it, and made sure I knew it was just his opinion. I would definitely highly recommend Joe Kelley with Avalon home inspections.

Jason Vaughn from Avalon is tip top. I was present during a part of the inspection and he is very thorough and knowledgeable of his job. Jason was easy to talk to and could explain things in a way I could understand. Jason was also quick in getting my report back to me the same day. I would highly recommend his services again

I negotiated for a quick contingency period, and Avalon was able to complete the inspection within 48 hours (and get me the full report less than an hour after completion)! This being my first home buying experience I don't have anything to compare it to, but the customer service that Jeff provided onsite was stellar. He was very honest about the issues with the property and walked me through the entirety of the report. I'll be recommending Avalon to my friends that are looking to buy this summer!

Avalon Home Inspections Inc gave us a very fast appointment. Provide great service with a detailed report that include pictures of all areas with red circles around area that need to be addressed. The inspector explained every issue found and detailed and answered all questions. Will use them on future inspections.

Very thorough. They used a sensor to measure cold and hot spots. Using that they found some areas that were not insulated. They could also measure the temperature coming out of the air ducts. They did a great job on all areas of the house and appliances. The best home inspection company I have ever used.

Tanner was very professional and thorough with his inspection. He waited after he was finished for me to arrive and had already registered all of my appliances to a recall website so that I could be alerted about any recalls. I would definitely use them again.
