Joe Kelly was very thorough and the report was very helpful and easy to understand. He inspected the entire house. I added the pool inspection and the mold sampling and I feel so much better and at ease about this purchase. Very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions for improvement. I love how he ranked the severity of the issues. Some things need immediate attention, and some of the issues were just for my information.
