They are good. I don't see termites any more and I rarely see any bugs, and if I do have a problem, they come out and take care of it. The same person comes every time and he is friendly. I shopped around before I used them and their prices were reasonable. They are very professional, and they sometimes come before time. They are a good company.

I like the fact that I can call one place and get multiple things taken care of, because they can do more than heating and a/c. They do some plumbing also. I had one little issue and they came back and took care of it so their quality is fine.

It's a quarterly service, but I use them several times a year. I would continue to use them again in the future.

They set up a trap with a one way door so that when the squirrel came out of the attic he had no way to get back in but he got back in. So they had to do it again and then they closed it up again. Still then I believe he is still out there. I will use them again.

The personnel is all friendly and easy to get along with. I've had no problems with them so far.

If you don’t have money and don’t have great credit, they have the easiest qualifying for credit. The cost without the credit was same as the other places I checked. They showed up right on time. I rate them high overall. I will probably get a contract with them for servicing of the device.

Active does a great job. They don't try to talk you into a termite treatment that doesn't work well (baits and traps). They are thorough, knowledgeable, and professional.

They are excellent. There is no appointment and they come once a quarter and check the outside of the house and leave a card for us to let us know they were here.

horrible. A squirrel ended up getting caught and dying in the wall and my house has smelled like death since november whenever the hvac kicks in and it has been raining. But the worst was when actual roof rats were caught in the trap 1 month after the company set them, because no one would come out to extract the rodents for 48 hours. So I ended up having to dispose of the live , trapped rodents myself. The excuse I was always given each of the 3 times rats were caught in traps was "Oh all of our technicians are over booked and busy" . Not too busy to take my money and make me perform the removal of rodents. If the wild life prevention was affective then there would not have been any rats caught 1 month after the traps were laid out in our attic. I ended up hiring a different company to come and perform wildlife prevention services and since then I have not had any problems other then the stench of a dead decaying squirrel.

Anytime I need, they come right out for no charge. I am very pleased with them. The people are really nice and they show up when I need them. The people who come out are extra nice. Their quality of work is fine. Everything about them is fine. I have no complaints at all about this company.

We were looking for a new person to handle the termite control for our house. The plan was $60 quarterly and worked out to $240 for the year. They were prompt. The guy returned our call right away and came over to the house quickly the same day. He was very thorough and professional. We were very pleased with them. Obviously we signed up for their service. They were very responsive. We are planning to use them in the future.

The man who comes to my home from Active, Donny, and all of the employees are excellent. I have a contract with them from $75.25. If you have a problem in between the sprayings, they come out for free. I would recommend them to anybody. I have been with them for about 3 years for now.

Called on a Thursday at 7pm when my AC wasn't working-- in August of all months. They said they might be able to see me the next morning, they'd call in the morning to discuss. I got the call at 7:30. They were at my house at 9am as promised. The guy was very nice, professional, and I didn't feel like he was going to rip me off.

I pay them on a quarterly basis and I like that I can always call them in between services and they will come out and do the servicing for free. I have only needed them to come out for an extra visit once. They are very good at what they do. I pay them on a quarterly basis.

Active Pest Control South Inc. got here on time and tranquilized the ground squirrel and took it away to be tested for rabies. This was an out of hours call and they came within an hour and had the ground squirrel tranquilized within 15 minutes.

Active Pest Control comes out and does their job OK, but is expensive. We have had to call them back because we ve had the pests show up again. The process of reaching them can be really difficult, overall our experience with them wasn t very good.

Active Pest Control came when they said they would. They were professional and polite. We live where you have to have termite prevention done even though we probably wouldn't need it. I'm glad that this company charges a fair price. We pay them once a year.

We are definitely pleased with this service. I think they are prompt, professional and are very neat about the way they do their job. I would gladly recommend their services to others and I think they are very comparable to other companies in their field.

I really appreciated the fact that they gave me good advice on how to get the fleas out of my daughter's stuffed animals with out the use of chemicals. They also use non-toxic spray and so it is safe for my cat to stay in the house while they were spraying.
