They schedule it ahead of time, and send you an email, and tell you what date and time they are coming. If you are home, I usually not here, but I happen to be here today. They will tell you don't let your dogs out. They only spray inside on like the very first time. I don't like them spraying inside, because of the dogs. They spray in the garage if I am home. The dogs don't go out there. Most of the time they spray outside, unless I have an issue. We didn't have any winter in the South, so nothing got killed. The mosquitoes are evil. I have used them for a couple of years. Even when its time for the termite baits, they will send you quarterly reminders.

They did what they said they would do.

They come out every month to check for termites. They have done a big job in the last 3-4 month. There were squirrels and roof rats. I was happy with them. I will use them for other things other than animal provider. I got another company with a good price. I am not sure if there were any roof rats.

Really, really BAD! First the price for the termite treatment was high, but I went with them anyhow. In hind site that was a bad decision. They didn't have the right parts (they said they were out of them....but I said then why did you start the treatment???) No response to that. Then, their sales person tried to convince me that I had other problems. the evidence was "questionable", but I said to go ahead with that treatment ($2200). Only to find that they were backed up and could not do it for 2 to 3 weeks. So over the next two days I did some further investigation and found there to be no concrete evidence that I had any problem at all, so I decided to cancel that treatment. I told the sales person that and he agreed. Then I found that they charged me $1114.00 anyhow. About a week later, I went to the main office and they said they didn't know that I had cancelled. They said that they check into it and would issue a credit. In the mean time, I called my sales person 2 times and asked him to call me ASAP. I also texted him and sent him two e-mails; none of which did he respond to and that was 2 weeks ago. So now a new problem, Active Customer Service says that they can't issue credit to me because they were never paid by my credit card company. My credit card company says that they were issued the funds 15 days ago.....but for some unknown reason Active can't find them to issue me my credit. Now my credit card company is in a discovery mode to prove that they have my money for a service that they never preformed. I have left three messages for their customer service person to call me so I can fax/e-mail them the proof. Still have not heard from them in 3 days. I have wasted over 4 hours of my time trying to resolve this. Let me say this one thing about them......BEWARE! t

They were on time and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They took care of the pests inside and outside.

I wasn't at home but I can see where they have been installed.

Did not do one room they had indicated they would, too much clutter evidently. Since that is also the laundry room we were concerned because all the clothes went thru there for washing before applying heat. After 6 weeks only found one live bug, and we are still following up. They indicate they will come back to retreat if needed."

We had a termite swarm, so we called them and they came out the next day. They were very responsive. Their pricing was excellent and they now come out to do a yearly check. Their staff and everyone we have dealt with have been excellent. We have been using them now since 2006.

I use them for several services including pests and termites and they always do a good job. It is $65.00 a month during the season for mosquito spraying and I can definitely tell the difference.

They are punctual, polite and they seem to do a good job. The service they provide seems to work well.

We have them spray outside quarterly. When we see bugs inside, they come and treat for those bugs specifically, and that's included in the quarterly pricing. Cost listed above is the price per quarter. We used Breda in the past but were not happy with them. They cost more because they treat indoors on a quarterly basis. But in my experience, general treating inside is a waste. You can only treat bugs inside when you see them and know what you have and where they are. Active is cheaper and has been better for us.

Overall, the experience has been very good. We've used them for several years. They check each of the devices and replace anything that's needed. They've been courteous and professional!

They have the pest pricing compared to the others. They do not only what they are supposed to but they also recommend other services that they notice are required in your house. They always knock before to let me know they are here and so I don’t have to worry about who the person is in my yard. They are always on time.

I have been with them for 15 years. They are just very good at what they do and they will come out and take care of you if you call, even in between service dates.

They leave a flyer on the door when they have been here. I have had no issues or problems with them.

We pay by the year. They are on time and here when they say they will be. They do a good job. If we have a problem they will come back out free of charge.

They are very polite and professional. They always leave me notes to tell that me exactly what they did, and they call to tell me when they are coming. They always come to the door and greet me, which I like a lot.

They're consistent with their services. They do their job. I don't have any pests problems. I'm pleased with their services. Their prices are competitive.

We used to use them before but now we have stopped them. There wasn’t anything bad but there wasn’t anything good. We recently stopped using them because the guy was a great guy and he came every month and did their thing but they were spraying bottles which I could have also bought from the store. He said he was using chemicals and stuff like that which sounded well but for $180 bucks a quarter I could have gone to the store and paid half of that to do it myself. In that service contract they would have come out whenever I called them and they would do more stuff and I had called them. They came out and did a lot of things. We just needed some monthly spraying for ants and bugs and I can do that myself and I don’t need them for that.

I recommend them highly. They have outstanding customer service, everyone speaks English, the representatives are prompt, on time, courteous, there's no doubt who's coming, you can look out in your driveway, they do a good job, and for a fair price.

They call themselves Active Home Solutions now because they have pest control, termites, heating and air-conditioning services. We have a contract with them for four to five years, and I always call ahead to schedule for the appointment, and have has no problems with them. They are always prompt.
