Evidently our contract doesn't include the trimming of any bushes/crape myrtle trees. So we trimmed them ourselves and left the trimmings so they could see what they were missing. They said they weren't even responsible to pick up the branches/trimmings. Been using then since July and they have sprayed for weeds one time. The yard was/is full of weeds as the previous owners obviously never did anything to their lawn. In between the two weeks they mow the grass, the weeds get about 10-12 inches high. We want out of the contract since the lawn looks so awful, but they say they will sue us if we drop them for non-performance. We need to start taking pictures to have proof of what type of service they are providing. I think we are paying something like $160 a month for our yard to look awful. Wanted to hire someone professional, but this company is not it.

From the beginning, Eric was efficient, courteous, and very patient with all of my questions and requests. He was accommodating for my unusual schedule and responded both during and outside of his normal work hours. Although just an estimate, Eric provided several options for payment such as a credit card and even breaking the job down into manageable phases.

Receiving weekly lawn service. They show up every Thursday like clockwork, quickly do the mowing, trimming and leaf blowing. The only problem I have had is that they were blowing leaves and yard clippings under the garage door into the garage. I spoke to them and they have been more careful so far. So far they seem to be doing a good job.

Eric and his crew were on time, did a great job and I would highly recommend Trinity Lawn & Landscape. From the first email I sent Eric quickly responded to set up a visit to discuss our options, he worked with us to accomplish what we wanted done within our budget. Eric came out multiple times until we agreed on the way ahead and they were able to start work the next day. The work is finished and we are very satisfied with the results.

They have done a good job in maintaining our lawn while we were out. The business owner is a hard working guy and knows what he is doing. He will go extra miles to satisfy his customers. However?one needs to put everything like scopes and prices in writting.

They arrived on time and were friendly, informative, and professional. Could not ask for more.

When I first called, Eric got back with me right away and made an appointment for the next day. He looked at our whole yard and I explained the things we wanted done right away and in the future. While he was here, he fixed our sprinkler settings and showed me how to set it and the proper settings for this time of year for each zone. I feel that this was going above an beyond when he had worked all day and we hadn't even signed up for any service. He was very friendly with our 2 dogs and assured me that he would make sure I knew when they were going to spray to keep the dogs in. He also assured me that his crew was very good with dogs and would be careful not to let them out of the fence. He got the 2 paws up seal of approval from our dogs as well. He provided a professional written estimate detailing the weekly work and our options for the other work. His crew showed up on schedule and did an excellent job. The price is very fair for the work and quality of the job. I highly recommend Trinity Lawn and Landscaping.

My first impression and encounter for the work done by Trinity were good, but, not as good as I would grade them as excellent. The reasons are stated in my previous reviews. While we were out of home in June for an extended period of time, the owner of the Trinity landscapes did go extra miles to address our dissatisfaction. Therefore, here I revise my reviews. I grade him as A. As a result of our disagreement in the scope (based verbal agreement) of sodding, the condition of grass in this disputed area is not in conditions as good as it should be.

Eric evaluated current condition and issues with lawn and yard and applied appropriate palliative treatment.

We were pleased with them and decided to go to somewhere else. There's nothing bad but it's just we had another choice.

Within a week Eric and a crew of 3-4 guys came out to the house. They mowed and edged the front and back lawns and trimmed my bushes. They raked up all the leaves and needles that had accumulated since the beginning of Fall, and on one side of the house over probably 4-5 years. We're talking a pile of leaves and needles and sticks bigger than a Jeep! By the time they were done you could see the grass or the earth under the trees throughout the whole yard. It looks great. This is something I have been battling to accomplish by myself for a couple of years now. Eric and the crew had it done in about 3 hours! Any time they had questions about what I expected or suggestions about something they could take care of right then they found me and asked. We agreed to a yearly maintenance plan that will have a crew out to my house once a month during the Winter months and twice a month during the Spring and Summer. I'm in the military and travel a lot, often on short notice, so knowing that these guys will be helping to keep my yard looking nice, especially when I am not around, is a big relief! The price he quoted me was exactly what the work amounted to. Between the level of customer care, the quality of the work, and a couple of discounts for being military and on Angie's List, Trinity is an absolutely unbeatable deal!

Eric arrived to do the estimate when he said he would, the crew was at our house on time the day of the job, and they completed the job I'm a timely manner. They were beyond thorough and professional. We definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future!

They were able to work us in promptly. They did an amazing job. We had a lot of out of town trips planned and we just had no time to even think about the lawn much less work on it. We are so very grateful that Trinity Lawn Care was able to help us out!

It was not quite what we hoped for, but it was okay. The expertise was not exactly what I was wanting. They were on time and showed up as promised. They tried very hard.

Their service has turned out very well.

I contacted Trinity Landscape after reviewing Angie?s List, and scheduled an appointment with Eric to go over my needs and give me a proposal. I decided to do a trial with them for one month and was very pleased with the results. They mowed the lawn and applied some fertilizer applications to the lawn, then, in addition, he did a soil analysis. I would have continued with the service, but a neighbor needed the job and so I did not continue with Trinity. However, I told Eric that if I needed lawn service again that I would call him because I was very pleased with his service.

The yard looked absolutely amazing. Eric stuck to the estimate and completed the job within a week (due to the weather). I was so impressed with the work they did that they are now doing our weekly yard maintenance.

We like their service and we continue to use them. The lawn looks beautiful. They seem to know a lot about horticulture and all the types of plants that are available. They are friendly to work with. They are flexible, give good advice, and we can trust them.

Great experience. Provided free estimate and some clean up same day. Returned 2 days later as scheduled and completed work. Customer satisfaction important to this company. Very pleased with the results.

Overall, our experience was nothing but excellent. Eric was prompt with returning our calls and with completing the job. He's a true professional in all aspects. Eric and Wanda, along with their crew, were very respectful of our property. They completed all tasks in a very timely manner and beyond our expectations. Eric was very educated in soil and turfgrass and what we needed to do get ours back to a healthy state. We will most definitely be using Trinity Images again soon.
