I called the office and spoke with the receptionist to schedule a time for someone to come out to discuss our project. She stated the owner did this personally and it would be the next week before he could come out. He never came. I called the office several more times and left a message but no one has responded to my inquires.

For some reason, I’m not hearing back from them. Someone asked, twice, about a good time to come to measure the yard... I answered but don’t hear back. Don’t know how to rate them since I haven’t been able to actually do any business with them...

Drain, top soil and sod installed as agreed. Have not had any luck getting owner to come back and discuss reason or give advice on grass turning brown.

The work began and was completed on 06/04/2018. Everything went well overall but there were a couple of hiccups. The crew arrived on time and went directly to work. The aeration equipment ran out of gas while they were working and they did not have gasoline with them so Eric had to go get gas while some of the crew waited. Then, unfortunately, they learned that someone had used a gas/oil mixture instead of pure gasoline in the equipment. This caused another delay while a mechanic came to repair the aerator and the repair was completed around 5:00PM. The good side of this is that they remained on site through the delays to ensure that the work was completed that day (around 6:00PM). I could easily see someone leaving for the day and rescheduling the completion of the work but most of the crew remained until completed. One very minor issue was that several capstones on a retaining wall (low to grade level) were dislodged during use of the equipment and not put back onto the wall. I did not even notice this until today (06/07) and reinstalled them. The total cost for 10,000 sq.ft. was $150 for aeration, $350 for top dressing, and $40 for spot raking of dead sod. I gave a "B" for price because if the equipment had not failed the work would have been completed in 2, possibly 2 1/2 hours which pushes the cost per hour up. To be fair, I don't have a basis for comparison.

It went well. The staff was great and the work done quickly (we wer ein kind of a time crunch.)

The team from Trinity comes when they say they'll come and does the work well. They follow up on their work, too. After our sod was put in, they checked it regularly to make sure the lawn was getting well-established. We pay $175 per month for lawn maintenance.

I have a contract, they come every week. They are fabulous, and I'm very pleased with them. They're excellent. They come and they work very hard. Everything is just done to perfection. They've been very good.

They did an excellent job at that. They really did quite a bit, stuff that had needed to be done for a long time that I never got around to it. They were right there on time. Good work from the guys.

Eric (the owner - I believe) came out promptly and took some measurements and made some suggestions as to what he thought should be done to clean up our backyard a bit. An estimate was emailed within a few days. I called to schedule the work and they came out very quickly to begin - only a day or two later. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up any mess they made. There was one day when they forgot the blower to clean off the street in front of my house, but Eric texted me to let me know. It was not a big deal, but I appreciated the gesture. The drains were completed about a week after the rest of the work because they had to wait for some rain to dry up. After they were finished, I noticed that the grate drain was not in the optimal spot to prevent the flooding that would occur on our patio when it rained. Eric had already texted me multiple time to check out everything was working, so I let him know following our first rain that the drain needed to moved. Someone came out the following week and moved it - free of charge. Eric and all the Trinity workers are very professional and do great work. I would definitely use them again.

It's $180 a month. No treatments, it's just lawn care. It's a year round thing so I'm sure they'll get up leaves and whatever but I didn't get any treatment. It depends on the season. According to the contract, I had to sign a year's contract with them. It's depending upon the season and how many times it's needed. I think the last 2 weeks they've been on a weekly basis and I think they probably will continue to be on a weekly basis. They did a good job when they were here. I just started so it's kinda hard to give a really good evaluation, but right now I think they were very good and did a good job. I'll have to let you know later. This is the first time I've hired a service but I think the price is about normal. I have to use them again because I got a year's contract.

Trinity has come out one time, so far, and they did a good job. The yard is neat and tidy, and they especially did a good job on the backyard, which was a mess. Now there is a clear footpath thru the backyard and the beds are neatly arranged. They did miss limbing a tree that was supposed to be limbed and trimming back one bush. I contacted the owner, and he said they will be out soon to correct this.

After agreeing with her they did not show and did not return phone call.

They do seasonal appropriate things like pruning and they weed and they do weed killer and different things that are like I said seasonally appropriate.

Eric kept us apprised of issues/timing and did a fantastic job on time and in budget. Eric has high quality contacts for tree/stump removal, power washing etc and our home has never looked better!

I had an appointment with them at 5:00 pm. I called at 5:20, and the lady said that she was sorry because they had an emergency. She stated that they would call back to reschedule, but I have not heard anything yet. We are trying to get an estimate, because our lawn is very long. They could of made a phone call to me, which would of been nice.

What a great company! Fast response to questions. Eric is great to deal with. He came to look at our property and met with my elderly parents. He's nice and polite. He emailed an estimate and list of services to choose from, all of which were reasonable. His crews are all professional and work so hard. Recently after a storm we had a huge mass of tree limbs fall. It so happened the crew came out that day and said they could remove it. I'll tell you, they had it cleaned up in about an hour! Recommend them to everyone.

We went through two other companies this year before landing on Trinity. They were professional and responsive within a week of my request. They got started on the work within a week of my approval on the bid. Our yard is large (.25) and full of azaleas, Camillas, and many other bushes, trees, vines. It is not an easy yard to keep, but they take their time grooming making sure the yard looks great. Other companies came, blew leaves around for ten minutes, then left the yard looking scraggly. These folks are very good and hard-working.

They are very responsive to special requests - i.e. removing fallen tree limbs.

Contacted company through Angie's List on 9January via email. Got a response on 11January. Scheduled estimate appt for 12January. Rep came out to view property to be leveled/graded. Was told that I would receive an estimate by 18 January. It is now 25 January and haven't received any communication from this company and have since moved on to another contractor. I explained in my email that I needed my backyard leveled/graded before anyone ever came out. Whether this company can do the job or not, a follow-up would be the proper action to take.

Work began in August of 2015. There attention to detail and excellent work was a wonderful surprise and just something I appreciate very much. They pretty much do it all with modern equipment, very pleasant personnel, and for what they did I thought the price was good. Seems like a lot but they spent several weeks getting everything completed. Couldn't be more pleased and am glad they will continue to be the folks I deal with. I have no doubt I'll be taken care of.

I don't know, I wasn't there. The work was done at my son's house. He was satisfied.

The actual lawncare service is good. But I'm not happy with the administrative service - I've had to ask for invoices several times instead of them being sent (and to their credit, I wasn't charged a late fee since they neglected to send the invoice). Also, during the initial consultation, I had asked for pinestraw in my back yard, planting flowers along the perimeter of my yard, and mulch in the front yard. None of those services were priced in the contract. The mulch was a complementary service based on what I selected but after inquiring about when I would get the mulch it still hasn't happened. I will not be renewing with the provider after my contract is over.

When I originally hired them in 2014 to take out bushes and cut down trees, they did a good job. The problem is September 2015 - I called twice to get a quote for a one time clean up of our yard since my mower broke. They didn't respond to the first call. Tried again a couple of weeks later (I've been trying to find a lawn care service for over a month), finally got a response. They said they would come by to give a quote - didn't show. Our bradford pear tree just snapped in half so I tried them again. Got a response and Saturday and quote for removal of tree and bushes. The pan they use for dumping cleanups is outside my house the same day. They will begin working at the beginning of the week. They will be removing the tree, the bushes around it. They will also be finishing what another yard company wouldn't - cutting our backyard and bushes along one side & the back. Great for bush & tree removal! Pricing of $600 is est. of removal of tree & surrounding bushes will be a bit more for the grass & trimming of bushes.

He arrive on time ,assessed and gave a reasonable quote.
