The representative showed and reviewed the area and gave us a spot on estimate for the tree removal. The job was so great that if I didn't know better I would never know that trees were ever present on the property. This company is all out professional! The crew is aware of keeping the area clean and very respectful of their surroundings. They cut, stumped grind, cleaned the area, and removed all debris. Highly recommend! We will be using them again for more yard area clean up. ** Removed trees and cleaned up the area all in one day.

They were wonderful. We used them in fall last year. They were professional. They came on time and left on time. There was one thing that they forgot to do and as soon as they were notified, they came back the next day and took care of it.

Came in at 7:30 AM sharp, went to work, I showed them the down tree at this time and they said yes they could get it too that day. Went to work in front - finished - went to the back yard, pulled my tree out of the neighbors back yard and cut the rest down. Cleaned up and were gone by 11:00 AM. My yard was clean, excellent job.

As soon as the tree hit my house (around 6:00 pm), I began calling to find a tree service who could come help. I had had a good experience with Big Dog in the past, so they were my first choice. They came within the hour and began clearing limbs away from the house. They had to be very careful because, although the tree fell across my power line, it did not break it. I had power the entire time they worked, which was well into the night (around 10:00 pm) before they had to quit because they had done all they could until GA Power turned off our electricity. One limb was dangling precariously over my neighbor's power line, and they doggedly tried their best to get it secured before it fell. Unfortunately, it fell just as they were flinging the rope over the limb. My neighbor was upset--but when she saw the photo I had taken of the limb, she understood why they put themselves at risk to try to salvage her power. The foreman told me to notify them as soon as the power was cut off and they would be back in the daylight to finish the job. Just as promised, they returned and did a magnificent job. They were professional, courteous, and considerate of others. In some ways, I believe they went above and beyond.

Good estimate. Good response. Showed up on time and did exactly what I had asked to be done. Cleaned up very well after the work and I was very pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and manner in which they did the work.

They arrived at 7:30am as scheduled and when right to work removing the trees. They had been informed of my wife's migraine problem and were extra careful to be as quiet as possible. After about 2 hours they had removed the trees, ground the stumps and cleaned up all the debris. We were very pleased with the results.

I received an estimate to have a pine tree removed from my back yard. Jason came as promised and gave me a price which was fair. I did have to call him to remind him I wanted the tree removed and he responded that he appreciated me calling and would take care of it the week of April 18. I was not home when they came to remove the tree. When I got home I noticed they had removed the tree and hauled it away. The job was done well with no trash, tree limbs or branches left and they cleaned up the area very well. Job well done.

Emailed the company via Angie's List contact form late one night. Representative (Jason) called early next morning and came out later that morning for an estimate. Did not accept the estimate right away because I wanted quotes from other companies as well. After other similar quotes I decided to go with Big Dog due to my impressions after seeing them perform other jobs in the neighborhood, also the fact that no part of the job was sub-contracted and other quotes were almost the same price. Contacted the representative and scheuled service for the following week. The job took 1.5 days, the crew showed up promptly both mornings. All anxiety I initially had was eliminated after an hour or so of watching how skilled the crew was at doing their job. The entire crew was highly skilled and professional - from the lowest laborer to the guy in charge of the crew (Tim).

I called them and they sent someone over to give an estimate, then they came over and removed the tree.

It was very good. I was very pleased. They came when they said they would come. The price was a fair price. They did it quickly.

Impressed by how efficient the company was bringing down the tree in parts so that it fell and did not damage surrounding areas. They came out again to look at the tree when it was obvious it had to come out fast and due to the now dangerous situation did the work the following day. Even though the quote period (30 days) had passed and the removal was different, they kept to the original price.

Joel Sanders was professional and encouraging and also offered advice for any potential problems in the future when seeing dead trees in my yard or my neighbors yard. I appreciated his experience and demeanor.

One stump was near a concrete slab so I was worried, but they did a wonderful job and didn't kill any of my plants. He was flexible. Their pricing was fair. I would use them again.
