They sent us a seasoned crew, as we requested, and it was a wonderful experience. They were very thorough. Yesterday they sent the supervisor out to make sure the job was done right and it passed with flying colors. I would recommend them to anyone.

The company had an electrician come and correctly fix the flood lights. One had not been reinstalled since the siding was put up in May-2013, and another had visible wiring . They are working as they should at this time. Some of the siding was in need of repair and replacement. These issues have been resolved. I feel that I have better communication than before, and am encouraged to phone or email if need be. I do hope their standards remain high this time. I am assured by the owner that they will.

Price really good, the windows was nice, the service was good, and they did what they said they were going to do. It was nice that they sent local people out. They were very courteous. They even come out to do one window!

Window World was very responsive with sales estimates and measuring, window ordering and construction and delivery. Everything was done as promised on time. Since my original windows were 13 years old, the new windows were very different in construction and size. Making the "fit" to the window openings and the explanation of installation given by the sales representative was not exactly what actually happened. When the windows were deliverd and the installation crew looked at the job, it became clear that the window trim on the outside would have to change. They did have materials on the truck to do that but I had not expected a different "look" to the trim on the outside of the house. Also, the windows were thicker than the old windows and my window sill went from 4" to 2". Added to that, the hardware that held my blinds up was not going to fit as it had before since the stud space was 1/2 of the original size. In the end it has all worked out, just with a different look than expected and more work on my part to with the blinds. The window construction is excellent and they definitely do not leak either air or rain. I will be a much smarter buyer of windows in the future.

This was a good experience. They came out originally and took measurements and gave us a quote. Since they were one of the first window people to come out we did not make a decision right away. We had 4 different companies come out and give us bids. We chose Window World because of price, warranty and customer service. When we decided to use them, they came back out to double check their measurements, just to make sure that all the measurements were correct. Our condo association was also having the all the siding replaced on our unit, so after the windows were made they had to store the windows and wait for the siding to be completed. They were incredibly patient during this time. About once every 2 to 3 weeks they would call and ask if I was ready and as soon as the siding was completed, we made an appointment for the window installation. The workers arrived on time and installed all 18 windows in one day. They had to come back the next day to do the finishing work, but that was all done outside so we did not have to be home. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. We love how our new windows look, and now we actually have windows that work and will open. Our condo is much warmer inside, we were replacing the original windows that had been installed in 1974 when the condo was built. I would recommend anyone to use Window World

After meeting with several window companies, we selected Window World to replace all the windows in our home. We were told the new windows would 1) provide block more sound and 2) block the cold air that was coming through. What a mistake! We hear more outside noise and are colder than with our old windows. It all started to go wrong half way through the installation process, when we realized the were not fulfilling part of the contract which was to put insullation in the sides of the frame when the windows were out. When we asked about it, nobody on the install team knew anything about doing this or how to do it. We asked that they put the old windows back until we resolved the contract issue, but they said the couldn't because they had damaged the old windows. With two small children, we couldn't have holes / missing windows, so we had no choice but to move on. After completion, we had to have them come out to replace some windows where the grids were not alligned property and to replace a window that they installed with broken glass. That took over two months to complete. When winter hit, we noticed how much colder, yes colder, the house was. We emailed and callled, but could not get a return email or call from the company. They were able to avoid us until the summer when we finally were able to get Stefan's number. Stefan seemed responsive, sent somebody over within a few days, so we thought we were making progress. Then, we were told we needed to wait until winter so they could properly evaluate the windows. <sigh> They also told us there's no way to know that we hear more outside noise. We never even thought to get sound readings before the windows were replaced....who thinks of that??? So, here we are...winter and we're still FREEZING! We had them come out, they looked at the windows and we shared thermal pictures from a third party which clearly shows tempertature differences! We thought we were in good shape when the installation / operations manager said "yes, there does appear to be a problem..." and said he was taking it back to their manufacturer. NOW, one month since his agreement of a problem (we're 18 months after the original install), we're still waiting on the manufacturer to come check the windows. However, I've already seen the email from the manufacturer who said the windows appear to be working fine. If that's true, how come there is a tempertature difference between the top and the bottom? And, why is there up to a 7-degree difference between the wall and the window? And, why is the sash where the two windows meet sagging on almost all of the windows? Save yourself time, money and aggrevation and use another company!

I had Window World of Atlanta do a whole home makeover. I am absolutely in love with my new home.(Thats what it feels like). The job was painless from sales to installation. I was a little worried about my house becoming a construction site. Man was I wrong. I was shocked at how the job was so clean and they were in and out one after another completing the whole job. My Wife and I feel great about our decision. Thanks so much to the whole team, You guys rock. I LOVE WINDOW WORLD.

Our experience started great and ended in nothing but pure frustration. We had to get the sales manager Stefan involved to resolve our issues if we hadn't sought him out proactively ourselves, I'm not sure we ever would have gotten resolution. Our windows were installed in mid August but it took until early November to resolve. The windows were incorrect on install which led to a three week wait for corrected windows, only the screens were wrong every time for 4 subsequent tries, including this corrected replacement window attempt. I had to continually call them during these delays to find out what was going on, their follow up, attention to detail and urgency to resolving our issue left us frustrated and disappointed in our choice for new windows. We asked, and were promised by the installation manager, Carter, a credit until they completed the work, since after 3 tries they didn't get it right and a " concession" for the issues we experienced. Again, Carter said absolutely, however said he would work on a credit towards future work, as he could do more for us that way rather than to offer us something like 10% off our existing job. Needless to say, after Stefan got involved, it still took 2 weeks, but we did finally get the right screens. We got absolutely zero in any concession for our issues, which is probably for the best, we won't be using them for any future work and have already steered our neighbors to different options based on our experience. In short, we wouldn't use them again, not because of the install or the product, but because they simply don't get customer service, it never should have depended on us to drive the resolution and escalate to the owner to get resolution.

The sales person was knowledgeable and spent time explaining the options we had for replacing our window and doing repair work for the rotten wood around our windows. Window World did not make it to two scheduled appointments and was 4 hours late to the third appointment that was scheduled. They are difficult to get to return phone calls. Customer service is not top on their list. I will not use this company for any future work. I have 3 homes and was hoping to find a single vendor to build a relationship with for future work.

They did a great job, and I am satisified with the work. There was a minor issue with one window, but they resolved it quickly.

When I mentioned I was interested in another company, the salesman did not follow up.

They get A's for everything. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this provider again.

Installation was done in less than a day by two very efficient and pleasant installers. Any debris or mess was cleaned up totally by them. They were very conscientious workers that knew what they were doing and even helped me reinstall all my blinds. I was most pleased and very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows, doors, gutters, etc. I would use them all over again in the future.

We referred my sister in law and my niece and they got windows from them. They did an excellent job.

They delivered before schedule even before the Christmas holidays. They came out at a very reasonable time. They did an excellent job and they had a large team doing the windows. I can't complain. I will probably use them to put windows in our sunroom.

Every time you give a recommendation, they give you $50 off your next job. I was very impressed with them. They were very clean and very quick. They were very professional. They did a very good job and they people were really great.

The windows were the same that we had installed before, so we knew what we were getting. The installation was flawless and perfect. The crew came on time and did a very professional job. The clean up was perfect and I have no negative comments about them at all. I have already scheduled them to work on another house.

The process went well. The guy was very down to earth. I had a good connection with him. He was very organized and the estimate was very itemized. It showed me where every dollar was going. I am considering using him. His price was similar to the other bids I received. It is a national company, which is one of the reasons for considering them. I liked the way he presented things and I liked the overall experience. I will consider this company for a future quote.

The price was reasonable. The job went fine and there were no problems at all. The service, the quality of the windows and the installation everything went fine. We will use them again. They sell good quality replacement windows at a reasonable price. They always follow through and the service was fine.

Ordered windows on May 26th. Windows installed on July 5th but three of the new windows were missing. Window World installed remaining 3 windows on July 30th. They did a good job removing the old windows without making a mess. They installed the new. They just use a glue like clear chalk. They don't use a lot of chalk. After they leave, you still have to chalk yourself around the siding and paint around the edge. The windows are beautiful and Window World has a lifetime warranty that is transferable for $50.
