Description of Work: 3. Windows World |a. The quote came out to be about $15,500. This excluded the door and included exterior color painting. |b. The salesperson was good and easy going. |c. Life time warranty. Window can be replaced at any time if there was something wrong with the window. |d. The salesperson didn't follow with us until end of Dec to see what have we decided. |d. Overall we didn't feel comfortable with the quality and service that we might get. |

Description of Work: Installed new windows

Description of Work: Replaced two windows in my rental property. Had to board up window for 6 weeks while windows were manufactured. Of course they were SINGLE pane but they were installed properly and look good. I would use again for the same type job SINGLE PANE.

Description of Work: Worst experience ever! They set a time to come and didn't come and didn't call until after the time they were suppose to be there. My husband had to take a day off work to be there and they didn't come and called late in the day to say he didn't think he would make it but would keep us appraised of the situation. Never heard another word. Called the fellow who sold us the windows and he made some calls and said they would be there the next morning......didn't come and didn't call. I called and told them someone needed to be there or I wanted my money back. I also called the man who sold me the windows again and he said the man that told me they would be there was the man who did the scheduling. They had no concern that we knew nothing as they didn't bother to call and say that the job they were on the day before was still going on and they might not even be there on the second day promised. The guys who showed up were very unprofessional. He told my husband how we were costing him money. There was a problem with one of the windows and the installer had to come back and he again told my husband how we cost him money and he said he was no longer working for Window World but he had to finish our job to get paid. No one ever came to check on the windows to see if the job was done correctly. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you have a very high stress tolerance level. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!!!!! |

Description of Work: They replaced all the windows in my home that was built in 1948. They had to come back out and redo some of the trim work around some of the windows. Some were not done correctly the first time.

Description of Work: Had 20 windows replaced and the outside wood trim wrapped in vinyl. Window World called and was able to come even earlier than we had originally scheduled. Two workers showed up around noon and were totally finished, cleaned up and gone by 6:00. The cost was about half of two other companies that we had contacted. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: We had three windows installed. Old window frames and windows were removed and carted away. New frames and windows were installed. The new windows look great. It took about 6 weeks from contact to installation which seemed a bit long. The job got done nicely.
