Bullseye! Roy killed it! Came out and gave us an estimate the same day we called; did the work the same week and it was perfect. No complaints.

Roy was hands down one of the most professional and personable guys I’ve ever hired to do any work around my home. He was communicative, and just genuinely a great guy who loves what he does for a living, and it shows in his amazing work. My patio, driveway and all the other areas he power washed look brand new. I couldn’t be happier with the work done, and I’ve already referred him to a coworker. He is now our power washing guy going forward! See you next year. Roy is amazing. I could not believe the results. He responded quickly, scheduled my job quickly and finished early. He is amazing, and he goes above and way, way beyond. I could not recommend him more highly. And, he’s a really good guy.

He was terrific! He understood just what I wanted done (soft wash on the siding and patio furniture and a regular wash on the brick pavers and stone. I should have done before and after pictures! Wow! What a difference! I hadn't realized how badly my stone looked before he washed it. Looks great! He lives here in Marietta and has been in business for years. He still had lots of enthusiasm even on yucky weather days. He showed up on time for the estimate and two do the job. Called each time to say he was on the way and give me a ETA. Ii couldn't be more pleased. He is going to do our driveway as soon as we get through our porch enclosure project.

Roy did a great job. We had a complex job with artificial turf, a pool deck and driveway with flagstone that needed to be cleaned. The job was not easy. Roy did a really thorough job listening to what we needed done and offering ideas on how best to achieve a quality result. He was very punctual and did a great job communicating what would happen throughout his work. The work was done very well. Would definitely hire again.

This is the second time I have hired Roy and I could not be happier with the result. He had previously done a 2 level deck for me and did an excellent job. This time he did the entire house, which is a huge surface area and had not been cleaned since it was painted 10 years ago. It looks brand new. It is beautiful and I know he worked hard to get it that way because he was at the house for almost a whole day to accomplish it! His attention to detail is top class. And his pricing is very fair for the quality of work he performs. I will continue to use him for all of my power washing needs and I recommend you do the same.

He declared it would be too expensive without ever providing an estimate. He took off without providing an estimate and called to inform me that he was too expensive. You would think people would want to make money. Must be nice not to need referrals!!

We would, and will use The Hired Gun again to pressure wash ANYTHING needed. He was very helpful, pleasant, and professional from start to finish. We called for a quote to get an idea of his pricing. He asked a couple of questions, and gave an estimate over the phone with the understanding he may need to stop by to verify the property. He did stop by, and his quote was still good. He got us scheduled quickly. He called ahead to let us know he was on the way, arrived on time, and spend alot of time on the work. He didn't just rush through the work, He did a GREAT job, and we could not have been more pleased. I forgot we had different color specs in the drive way, as it had been black for so long. It looks great. He did a great job on the house. We really thought we would have to paint the house this year, but we can hold off now it looks so good. But once we are ready to paint, he will be the first one we call to clean the house first. He did a follow up call a day or two later to make sure we were still happy with the work. Excellent...Roy returned our initial call within several hours and came out the same day to look at the property. He is prompt, professional and very sincere. The price was more than fair considering the size of the job. I would highly recommend him.

Roy is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about his craft and his pricing was equivalent or better than several people who instilled far less confidence than he did. Furthermore, Roy significantly inconvenienced himself to accommodate our very tight time schedule (getting the home ready to be professionally photographed to list for sale). He arrived early, worked hard, and stayed until the job was done (well after dark). Everything turned out exactly how he promised it would. The house is SPARKLING and he removed a huge rust stain from the driveway. If you're even considering having power washing done, you'd be making a big mistake not to at least have a discussion with Roy about the job... and once you do, I guarantee you'll use him.

Roy did an excellent job pressure washing my patio. He was professional and personable and completed the job in a timely manner, even pressure washing the furniture while he was at it.

Roy did a wonderful job. He kept me informed as to his arrival date and time and arrived as scheduled. My driveway and retaining walls were in desperate need of attention and now they look fantastic. As always, Roy did an excellent job pressure washing the house, driveway/sidewalk, and a screen porch addition. The porch had not been cleaned since it was installed (6+ years) and it now looks nearly brand-new again. Roy is a professional who does not disappoint.

This is the second time I've used Roy Bauman's services for sprucing up my home. Both times he was extremely responsive...answered/returned calls promptly and scheduled appointment in short timeframe, was right on time, and completed the job in just a few hours. Not to mention, he's just a really nice guy to do business with! Last time I asked him not to do my back porch because it was getting old and I was concerned the pressure washing might cause some harm. Instead, like every other year, I got out there and scrubbed on my hands and knees with little brushes until it was as clean as possible. Then I had to sweep out all the standing water with a broom thru the screens. It always took me several days and was a dreaded job every spring. This year I let Roy go ahead and pressure wash the porch and, believe me, I will never do it by hand again! In probably 15-30 minutes he had it spotless...cleaner than I'd ever gotten...and with no standing water! It was dry in about another 15 minutes and ready for me to decorate. I will be calling Roy every spring now without fail! Great job, nice guy, good price. Thanks, Roy!

Roy did an outstanding job, great communicator, and uses professional equipment that does not damage concrete, but scrubs it in a circular motion, not leaving streaks. I live in Cherokee County and would highly recommend him and I will definitely use him again!
