We love Roy! We have used him on several occasions, and he is the BEST! Always punctual, prepared, and totally professional. He has a great knowledge of this business - the whys and why nots regarding his procedures...This is an expert's job; don't hire an amateur. As Roy would say, "DO IT RIGHT." Extremely pleased and would highly recommend.

The guy has some nerve! The most unprofessional approach to getting business I've encountered lately. When he calls me to schedule an appointment, he tells me unless I want to hire him straight away, he will not be giving me an estimate if I will be getting other estimates. Apparently, he is not participating in bidding wars. It is not a bidding war (price is not always the driver), it is MARKETING yourself to a paying customer by convincing that you are best qualified for the job. And are there many takers committing to hire you for a job without talking to several providers and getting different quotes?! Ridiculous. I said thank you and hung up. Unreal!

Well, the pollen finally stopped blowing so it was time for my annual call to Roy, the Hired Gun. I forgot to call in advance, and he was already booked out a month, but luckily he was able to work me into the schedule in just a few days. Weather was iffy that day, so he kept me posted and gave advanced notice. Arrived on time and knocked the project out quickly since it was just the porch and the shady side of my house this time. Great guy to work with...very personable and efficient. Next year I'll probably need the whole house done, and I'll remember to call earlier. Thanks again, Roy!

I have been using The Hired Gun Power Washing for many years but most recently on 5/18/2020. To say that Roy does a great job is an understatement. He is nice, professional, reliable and his work is excellent. My property is always spotless and I've never had to ask Roy to redo anything. It's money well spent to have The Hired Gun Power Washing service do the work.

It's perfect! I have had Roy Bauman, the owner, do all of my pressure washing for a few years now and have never been disappointed. He is friendly, thorough and reasonably priced. We will have our whole housed pressure washed later in the summer and have never considered anyone but Roy. Fantastic!

Roy used his power wash "gun" to completely whiten all surfaces. I also liked his procedure of not rinsing off all of the bleach so that it would work on the mildew overnight. Roy also demonstrated courtesy by asking that I protect the inside of my basement French doors along the carpet line just in case any water sprayed into the house . . . which it didn't. Plus, he recommended that I move my car forward in case his work in the driveway might spay a bit toward the car . . . which it didn't. Roy is not only expert, cautious, and courteous; he is also cheerful and easy-going.

Once again Roy did a fantastic job! I have been using his services for years and I have never been disappointed. It is so nice when you find a company that is dependable, reasonable and a pleasure to deal with. Anytime I need pressure washing, I just call Roy.

Roy Bauman of The Hired gun does excellent work. This was our third time using him and I think it was his best work yet! Our house and yard is very shady due to a lot of trees, so it really needs cleaning every year. I had let two years go by on the deck and even more on the house. He did an amazing job... beyond my expectations. He goes above and beyond to provide an excellent service, even offering to clean things I did not even know needed cleaning! He is our go-to guy for pressure washing.

Roy did an excellent job. He knew we needed the house to look good to sell and he was very thorough to get the best results. Roy was careful to make sure the windows were water tight since our home is old. He is professional and very personable and his price was fair. He even cleaned part of our deck that had mildew on it and a small brick wall at no extra charge.

Called Roy the Hired Gun for annual pressure wash of my back porch. Last year he did the entire house, walkway, driveway and porch. This year we just needed to clean the porch of all the pollen and spider webs. As usual, Roy was very responsive and came out within just a few days. Being a small job, he was able to fit us in at the end of a long day of bigger jobs. Very personable and thorough, punctual and professional. Will certainly call again next year!

Perfectly! No water inside, house looks like it was just painted. Roy even did some extra power washing that wasn't in the agreement. He showed-up on time, and did the job perfectly. A true professional - I'd recommend him to my sons. His price was extremely reasonable - and he's simply a great guy to know.
