In June 2018, we purchased a home for our family in Marietta. Since we had never lived in Georgia and knew very little about specific regions/towns/areas/neighborhoods/school systems, and since we were living 600 miles away in Florida, this was a challenging task. Thankfully, we were introduced to Jake Montgomery a real estate agent at Matt Hester and Associates / RE MAX (Cell: (404) 861-5522). Jake turned out to be everything one could want in a realtor...and more. He was a fountain of information on all relevant matters and had a great attitude and patience. He took us on (multiple) tours of neighborhoods and houses, discussed tactics, prepared offers, and hooked us up with a solid network of professionals (e.g. various inspectors, contractors, etc.) . As a result, our family ended up with the right house for us. We are happy and thankful. Jake is a good guy and great real estate professional.

I highly recommend Susie Barnhill. Because of Susie's knowledge, expertise, and drive we were able to close on our home in under 20 days. Susie is extremely personable, trustworthy and driven. She made the entire process seamless and enjoyable! She truly went above and beyond to help us and we will definitely use Susie again when the time comes.

Matt Hester and Associates is a stellar real estate firm. Everyone we encountered during the selling process and the buying process was extremely responsive to our needs, experienced and professional. Matt told us what actions we needed to take to prepare our home for sale and we completed all of them. We had multiple offers and the house was sold in 36 hours! Christie Webb worked with us on the buyers' side and always had our best interest at heart. There were many instances that she dropped everything to meet us at a newly listed house and worked late into the night to write offers and negotiate on our behalf.
