Elders beware! I wish I could give less than a one. The agent engaged in sheisty practices by refusing to close on a deal though my financing was approved, then she attempted to blame me for it in an attempt to steal my earnest money. I am seeking legal counsel to file a lawsuit. This is not the company you want to do business with!

Kristi Sasser from the Hester Group is the realtor from heaven!!! She was amazing from day one, when she answered our copious questions and helped us understand everything about buying a house as a first-time homeowners. Her patience is extraordinary. Not only is she incredibly knowledgable, she is able to clearly and honestly convey information. She also has a deep understanding of her clients, helping us find homes to tour which we would never have found ourselves and which were really excellent fits for our price range and preferences. She is extremely communicative and her response time is very fast, so you always feel like you have someone on your team no matter what curveball the market, the lenders, or the sellers throw your way. She is also a great negotiator and has a deep, personal understanding of the area (something which saved us from purchasing what is likely a money pit and found us an amazing deal, instead). I have been looking for a house for a year in a very tough market in Woodstock. Little to no inventory, what has been available is extremely overpriced for the condition of the homes, and it has not been an easy process. Allison smoothed out the bumps in that road and in less than a month with her services we landed on the best house and deal that I have seen over the past year. She steered me away from certain properties because of her expertise. We put an offer on one and we wound up pulling out of the deal because the seller kept asking for too much after the offer had been submitted and she knew it would be too much of an investment for that neighborhood. Very available, very calm, and all the way around professional with me, my family, and the sellers/agents we were working with. It really pays to have someone who knows the area, what is or what is not a good deal, and someone that will tell you straight when home buyers get emotionally invested into purchases. Cant say enough good things about Allison and what she offers as an agent.

Kristen with the Hester Group is an absolutely amazing agent. She helped us to buy a new house and also sell our house. She was flawless in both situations and went way above and beyond. She is incredibly responsive, even to the point I felt like we were her only client! (We definitely were not!). She is also low pressure! I never once felt pressure from her to do anything! She was patient through the whole process and would show us any house at any time! The house we bought had multiple offers and because of Kristen’s expertise and negotiating skills, we won the offer. I had the absolute pleasure of being introduced to Erin Crater from The Hester Group through Zillow. Erin was informative and transparent from the day that I started working with her. A previous experience had left me wary of realtors in general but Erin completely changed my opinion. She guided us through every step of the buying process and answered every question we had. Erin was also extremely responsive and communicative. I always felt like I knew exactly what was going on. We won both offers that we submitted with Erin's help and ended up with a beautiful property we are proud to call home. I was highly impressed by Amy Allen's professionalism and deep knowledge of the market and real estate laws. She was always easy to reach and quick to respond. There were moments when I got overwhelmed with the pressures of buying a new home, and Amy was always able to calm me down and help me gain perspective. There were some special circumstances with my situation and she did a lot of extra research to make sure that she gave me the best possible advice, and there were several occasions when she saved me a lot of money. There were also some challenging people involved with the seller, and I always knew that Amy had my back and would represent me firmly and professionally. Finally, I was really touched by how much Amy genuinely cared about finding the perfect house for me - she really took the time to understand what I wanted and she did everything she could to make my dream come true. Dariean Ward was our Harry Norman agent. She is an amazing agent and angel in disguise. She was sent to us after several horrible experiences with other agents. Before Dariean, we were even considering ending our home search because everyone seemed so untrustworthy, sellers and agents alike. Dariean saved the search. Her greatest strength was her ability to hear our needs and wants and respond with appropriate solutions. She was available every time (even late nights and early mornings) we had questions and concerns. She kept our interest in mind at all times and negotiated on our behalf. Because we live in a different state than our new home state, she graciously volunteered to be our eyes and ears, often touring the properties with us on Facetime. Some of them were not even safe for her to enter, yet she carried on so that we could see for ourselves. Another one of Dariean's strengths was her willingness to educate us and even correct us when our vision and expectations were unrealistic. We could not have found our forever home without her and are eternally grateful. I have already warned her that she is now a part of our family, like it or not😊

We were first home buyers. Felix took us to so many as seeing's in person and helped us make our decision. Almost every weekend for a month and half Felix spend time with us in search for our dream home. Never pressured us on our decision making. He is always reachable through text or call. Prompt on responding to your queries, and prompt on appointments. Though this is not a buyers market he helped us on negotiation and it really saved us some dollars. Overall he did a phenomenal job. We will definitely referring him to all of our friends because of his excellent service.

During our initial meeting, she understood the requirements and took the pain to go look at the listings and if those are relevant to us then schedule a tour with us for the same. Being first time home buyers, we made few changes in the requirements but she was understanding and accommodating. She has good knowledge of the market so once she looks at the listing she knows if it is going to sell in a day/week/month. In just 1 month, thats how she got us the deal, i doubt if anyone else could have got us this amazing house that we are calling now our "Sweet Home". It is amazing how she works.
